“The ordering process was good, although I was emailed later to say that the chair I'd ordered was not in stock. As it had been ordered for a birthday present, I replied to the email to emphasise the need to keep me posted on likely dates. This email was replied to - thank you - and the chair arrived well within the date range I had been given.”

“I found the site easy to use, and found the product I wanted easily and quickly. However, I found a better price on another site, but they could not deliver it. I contacted the sales team, and despite the "Price Match Guarantee", they did not match the price on the other site. I settled for a £20 reduction instead of the £40 reduction that would have matched the price on the other site. I received my order the next day, so I can't fault their delivery service.”
