“Be careful ordering anything on pre order from this company! They will take your money straight away and when you chase goods up later may tell you they cannot supply. Totally disappointing and who knows how much longer they would have had my money for had I not chased them after 2 weeks! Poor service!”

“I bought a tent last year and on the first use the zip bust , I contacted World of camping and on my return home it was picked up, taken for repair and returned, last week we went to use it again and the Zip was still bust in the same place ( not world of campings fault but the repair company ) I contacted world of camping and again it was picked up and this time I was given a credit note and a sincere apology . I ordered a brand new tent ( different brand ) and I received it the next day . No hassle ( which is not always the case ) with this company and I would highly recommend them for their help and certainly their after sales service . Thanks again especially to Jack who was very professional and made this all easy for me .”
