“Good delivery, on time. Ordered item was packed in wrong item box. Told goods would be replaced next day. Then I opened box to find correct item inside.....New delivery cancelled. Original ordered item excellent, Many thanks.”

“Great service. I phone to check the item was in stock as I had been disappointed with another online shop who failed to send me the item ordered. The staff member was very helpful. It was great to actually speak to someone! And not a bot! Very pleased with quick delivery”

“Placed an order by phone, whilst on caravan holiday near Redruth. Very polite and helpful lady on phone took my order at approximately 12.00 hrs and told me my order would be ready after 14.00 hrs. Arrived at warehouse and collected my order at about 15.00hrs. Warehouseman carried my order to my car, again very polite. Very good experience from my initial phone call, through to collection.”

“Really helpful, especially when I realised I'd selected the wrong product - they changed the order for me and everything turned up the next day. I was really close to ordering the stuff I needed from Amazon, but I'm very glad I didn't. Would definitely recommend World of Camping and I'll be using them again.”

“The items I bought were out-of-stock initially but World of Camping were able to tell me when they would be available. I ordered as soon as they were available and they were delivered the next day even though I selected 'standard delivery'. Don't see how they could have been better.”

“We needed some items urgently, World of Camping were so quick to despatch, unfortunately DHL were useless (as usual), and we got our ‘next day before 12’ items 3 days late. World of Camping refunded our money and arranged collection of the items. Excellent customer service from World of Camping!”
