“I ordered a pair of Quest Elite Naples Pro Relaxer Chairs and a Quest Ragley pro blue lounge with side table. The lounger was out of stock, but was informed that it would follow when back in stock, which it did. One of the relaxer chairs was faulty, so I made a phone call to customer services. I was asked to send pictures of the fault which I did, and was immediately sent a replacement, and the faulty chair picked up. Brilliant customer service and will happily use for my future garden comforts.”
