“Very poor service. I ordered a groundsheet and carbon monoxide sensor and then topped up with lots of odds and ends to make up to free delivery. The groundsheet was out of stock and did not arrive when promised. Then the delivery was part despatched but the sensor was forgotten! I eventually got a refund for the two items I really wanted but never got and paid for all the fill in items I didn’t really need. Not a good experience!”

“Bought a Vango double sleeping bag. It was delivered on the specified date and the product was exactly as described. We have used this sleeping bag for 3.5 weeks in a caravan in very cold conditions and it proved to be very comfortable and warm. We did not need to add any extra covers on top of the sleeping bag. The sleeping bag unzipped to make two single bags, which made them very easy to wash in the machine. Would definitely recommend”
