“It's very easy to shop online which is how I purchased my new tent, but when I went into the showroom the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. I had really good service. Have now used my new tent and it's really good, the video online showing how to put the tent up was really useful and made erecting the tent for the first time really easy.”

“I bought a bladder for my sevylor rio. I put it into the kayak pupmed up the bladder and checked the valves for leaks. Everyrhing seemed fine until i was around 500 yards out on the open water and realised the floor was losing pressure. So i quickly paddled bavk to shore and removed the bladder to find a tiny hole on the seam which through my experience i cannot fix. (Reason i bought a new bladder) i am £100 out of pocket and im still in the same situation i was in before.”
