“Paid the money and still no goods after waiting 5 days, tried to locate package with the on-line number but tracking number not valid, called world of camping Saturday pm closed!! Would have ordered from another supplier that have used before but thought I would give World of Camping a go, Not again!!”

“Very speedy delivery.This was our second order of Quest Elite reclining garden chairs, our first order was July 2017. We were so impressed with the quality of the chairs that we decided to order another two. However, there is a difference in the quality of the chairs received this time, the seat material is secured with Velcro at the back, whilst the first set are stitched, I only hope the Velcro remains secure and does not become loose over time.”

“I purchased an Outwell Portable toilet but it had a fault - it leaked in my camper van. 😠 That was definitely NOT a pretty sight or smell! World of Camping were excellent with their customer service and offered to give me a replacement and I chose a different model. It arrived very promptly and I could see immediately how the other one had leaked - it didn’t have a rubber seal on the waste cap, which was also badly designed in that it was low down. The new loo is a Thetford which does have a rubber seal and the waste outlet is better designed. I am very happy with the way World of Camping handles my complaint.”
