“The product and service of WoC was fine. We had an issue with the courier DHL. Firstly they sent a time slot but then tried to deliver earlier when no one was in. We re booked a slot for two days later. This time they said they didn’t have enough postal address info to deliver. Weird that IF they found us the time before. I rang up to re arrange but they said they wouldn’t as they had tried twice already!! Had they?? Anyhow I had to drive a 30 mile round trip to collect from their depot. Pick another courier if you can please?”

“The website and the order were very smooth and easy to run. We were advised the packaging was damaged, and unfortunately the product had also suffered some damage on receipt. However the sales staff were extremely helpful in offering alternatives and discounts and also the return option. Ultimately we did returnThe fridge we purchased, but the arrangements and refund arrangements have been extremely smooth and pick up was to our convenience. On this basis we will certainly use world of camping again.”
