“Patrick went above and beyond and logged into my account and helped with all sorts from the backend to adding tags to the front end to help with SEO! Didn't think a service would ever go that for for me! Thanks!”

“I am always impressed with the level of support and knowledge provided by the folks at WPMU DEV! I was very happy with the support provided by Patrick Cohen, he was very helpful in giving me a step-by-step "how to" in helping with an issue I am experiencing with my site. Also, he was able to provide more detail on other services WPMU DEV offers that I wasn't aware of - hosting - which would solve a major issue I am having with my current provider. Thank you again for all of the help and expertise, always appreciated!”

“Patrick Cohen is the bomb-diggidy. He just walked me through my first migration to WPMU Hosting Beta from a Snapshot of a site that had collapsed under the weight of poor security and extremely slow and inefficient support at "another host." He was patient, encouraging, and had a sensible answer to each of my questions. I'm impressed!”

“I've had WMPU products for years. I've run into only a few snags in all that time. The good news is that the support staff is able to get you squared away pretty quickly. Every time I've had to contact support (most of the time because I jacked something up) it was resolved in one shot and quickly.”

“I touched WP several years ago and was not pleased. These days, I didn't had the choice to go around it - and after a long, careful evaluation, I decided to give it a go with WPMU. That totally changed the game. Their docs, tools and plugins are making everything a total breeze and no-brainer. I don't remember when was the last time I got so much bang for the bucks :) Notably, their live chat support seriously knows what they are doing. I never got one of these standard "SOP" responses from them, they actually do dig into your problem.”
