“Second kitchen from Wren, at opposite ends of the country, still the same great service. Professional design, careful and respectful delivery team, sturdy well made units that my husband has found fine to install himself. We had an issue with the measurer measuring one wall incorrectly but this was swiftly resolved at no extra cost. Would highly reccommend.”

“Very impressed with the service received from Wren Kitchen. Sam from the Luton branch was so helpful. She was approachable and was able to make changes along the way to the design as time went on. Her eye for design and look helped me with picking the right cabinets. I was able to ask many questions and ensure everything looked the way it should have. I was happy with the quality and look and after care also.”

“Wrens 20 year warranty is really beneficial as my wardrobe was wrongfully installed from a third party installers, although this was taken into consideration they have provided me with a new parts and made me a happy customer. Highly recommend as I have another kitchen from Howdens and they are awful with the customer service after care.”

“Wren were always friendly and helpful when I chose, planned and had my kitchen delivered. Every step was very clear and the process very easy. Delivery was excellent as I booked a slot which was suitable for me and then received updates by text on the exact delivery time by the drivers. All items were delivered without a problem (apart from a cutlery tray which was missed but was mailed to me soon after I reported it missing.”

“Just had a new kitchen fitted in East Sussex and would recommend wren to anyone they was the most competitive in price they did everything that was quoted the fitter who installed the kitchen was called lee he was really experienced in installing kitchens and a honest reliable person from reading other reviews I was a bit nervous about using wren but after seeing lees workmanship and a great eye for detail which made our kitchen Evan better as it was installed 100% perfect completely satisfied and would tell people in the Sussex / surrey area if they are getting a kitchen from wren that must ask (demand) Lee fits it as I know you will get the same high standered of workmanship as we did.”

“I went to Wren Kitchens in Guildford and had a design consultation with Allan Wilkinson. Who I can not praise any higher, I had a budget set aside for my kitchen while doing a whole house refurbishment and Allan bent over backwards for me giving me plenty of design choices and various options, he made use of every nook and cranny in the tiny kitchen I have and has made it work in such a practical way. he helped me choose the worktop and made the colours work to get the traditional style I wanted in my Victorian conversion. He was a true gentleman, constantly emailing me and the surveyors and my builder to make sure the job was done right considering sockets isolation points and window access, everything was thought about in depth. I have since asked Allan to design my mum and dads kitchen, and cant wait to see what he will come up with as their kitchen is 10 times bigger than mine.”

“Good experience with Wren Kitchens. Making an appointment with a designer was easy, and the designer himself was friendly and had some good ideas. The delivery was brilliant and on time, with good aftercare service too when it came to resending items out. Would definitely recommend and good value for money as the products are well made, as well as having the option to purchase appliances which are price checked and definitely cheaper through wren.”

“I had my Wren kitchen fitted in summer 2018. I have waited awhile to write this review to see if any little snags or issues materialised. I'm happy to say none have. I would recommend Wren from the planning process right through to completion. We used their fitter too who was very professional and through. They are not the cheapest but the quality is good, the bottom line is you get what you pay for.”

“Our initial consultation with our dedicated designer helped us think about the kind of kitchen we wanted with lots of choice on the types of kitchens as well as the extras. The communication throughout the process was excellent and we felt up to date with each step of the process. We were skeptical around the use of independent fitters but this actually turned out to be the highlight. Our fitters were exceptional craftsman, carrying the work out to a very high standard and engaged with us throughout. Overall a high standard of service from Wren and a kitchen that looks amazing!!”

“Me and my wife purchased some solid oak furniture from Wren Kitchens. They looked really good on the website but so much better in the flesh. The whole transition from purchase to delivery was seamless. Incredible value. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.”

“From start to finish our experience with Wren has been second to none. All staff we dealt with have been very professional and have gone above and beyond to make sure our kitchen was exactly how we planned it. Our kitchen fitter (Dave Jones) was amazing and we are so glad we decided to go with Wren for the whole package. Any queries we had were dealt with smoothly and quickly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wren for your kitchen purchase and fitting!”

“Visited two places when deciding to buy a new kitchen. Wren was by far the best (went to Huddersfield branch), in terms of their customer service and actually having the kitchen we wanted. The whole process was really smooth and they really helped us decide everything we wanted/needed. They supplied us with a virtual plan of the kitchen, so we could essentially seen the finished product before it was installed. We will definitely be going back to Wren when we need to, but what we have now is going to last us years to come. Highly recommended!”

“Got an amazing quality kitchen for less than quoted elsewhere , kitchen designers in Edinburgh store were fantastic. There was a slight issue with missing items upon delivery but customer service were very quick to resolve with no further iasies.”
