“Their showrooms with over 50 kitchen displays are a joy to walk round. Staff are on hand to help with any questions but are not pushy and leave you to wander and browse at your leisure. All staff we met through the process of choosing our kitchen through to installation. were friendly and professional. I would recommend Wren unreservedly.”

“I was extremely pleased with the whole process of designing and ordering a Wren kitchen. The staff were all very polite and helpful. Our designer was very helpful and patient as we returned several times to make changes! The delivery was on time, and again the staff were very polite and careful when bringing the units into the house. We didn't use Wren installers, however, as we found we could get the kitchen installed much cheaper elsewhere. The kitchen looks beautiful and we are very pleased with it.”

“The whole experience with Wren was extremely good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our designer never minded how many times we went back to tweak the design and we were really pleased with quality of the kitchen and the delivery. We used a non Wren installer as I did find Wren's installation prices very expensive.”

“Went in on a number of occasions as the kitchen design changed quite a few times after discussions at home! The designer was very helpful and not upset with the number of changes. He also came up with some good pointers on the final design that made it easier and cheaper to fit.”

“When we downsized our house we needed a new kitchen to bring the property up to our standard, but didn't want to spend a fortune on it as we are both retired. Having seen the adverts for Wren online we decided to visit a showroom to see them for real. When we saw the designs and the quality on offer it was an easy decision to get a plan done. The price turned out to be much cheaper than we thought and the deal was done. We are very happy with it now it's installed. It look amazing.”

“We were missing a one piece after the builders had fitted the kitchen. I thought we were going to really struggle to get wren to believe us, that we’ve never received it. No problem,one easy call. The replacement was sent & with us the next day! Amazing, really impressed by the customer service. Thanks”

“Great choice of kitchens and fantastic showrooms which are so well laid out. Staff were helpful and everything was so efficient. Our kitchen was very well made and the couple of parts we had a problem with were quickly replaced with no hassle. We had our own fitters so I can’t comment on their fitting service.”

“Anthony at my local branch (Bolton) was warm and welcoming from the very start. He couldn't have been more helpful and guided me through the process of choosing my dream kitchen, and was very patient as I made several changes throughout. I felt like I was in good hands. My kitchen has since been fitted and I couldn't be more pleased with it! I would recommend Anthony and Wren to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience.”

“Fantastic service from start to finnish. I was even supported after delivery and able to make changes to my order which was delt with efficiently and within days so fitting was not delayed. Would deffinately use again and reccommend. Delivery date was agreed and came as promised.”

“Great service from start to finish. Even had a couple of damaged items upon delivery, which were resolved without any fuss in a timely manner (after sales is as important as the sale to me). Special thank you to our kitchen design expert Daniel Heather at the Norwich Wren showroom for accommodating all our wants and needs! So in summary I would highly recommend Wren for a quality product and seamless experience!”
