“Great service from start to finish. Even had a couple of damaged items upon delivery, which were resolved without any fuss in a timely manner (after sales is as important as the sale to me). Special thank you to our kitchen design expert Daniel Heather at the Norwich Wren showroom for accommodating all our wants and needs! So in summary I would highly recommend Wren for a quality product and seamless experience!”

“The kitchen is very nice, well fitted and the quality of the finish is excellent. Had some minor issues in regards to removal of the subsequent cut offs (not all of this was collected unfortunately) but otherwise clean tidy work. The staff at Wren themselves were helpful and overall good to deal with. I would recommend them as the issues were more with their contractors as opposed to their team directly, the kitchen is very nice and a pleasure to use.”

“We had great service from Wren Kitchens and the quality and the look of the kitchen are also superb. We had an issue with the sink not being delivered but they quickly sorted the problem for us. We're so pleased with our kitchen and the service we received.”

“Just finished installation of Kitchen - better than I could have imagined. Excellent service from start to finish. Had a couple of minor issues, but all handled without fuss. Very much a Customer first attitude. Definitely recommend.”

“The sell was low key and I wasn’t pressured into buying anything I didn’t need and there was no hassle every time I changed my mind. The kitchen itself looks amazing and is very sturdy. One damaged part was replaced within the week, no quibble. Would highly recommend.”

“Order number: 29837614 From start to finish i would highly recommend. The whole process was efficient and stress free. The staff in the store were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They spent a long time sitting with me to help design and plan my kitchen. They send out someone to measure and then do a 3D design to show you how it will look before you decide to buy. When i finished the order process I choose a delivery date. one week before i got a morning or afternoon slot and on the day a tracking number to watch where the delivery was and they rang with a specific time within an hour. This was great as I didn't need to book a day off work. Delivery was stress free. I used my own installer as a fraction of the cost. There were a few marks on doors but one phone call and they were replaced within 2 days. They came via yodel and i didn't need to be there as a neighbor signed. I also had too much worktop and they credited me back the amount straight away.”
