“I cannot fault either the service or quality of product I received from Wren. The designer was excellent and very experienced. The whole design process was smooth. Communication was good for delivery. The product itself was high quality and comes fully assembled (don't accept silly quotes from fitters, half their job is done). After sales service was also excellent. I had slight damage to one drawer front and it was replaced hassle free straight away. I would highly recommend Wren Kitchens above the other big suppliers.”

“I absolutely love my kitchen and it was a great process designing and purchasing it. Delivery was on time and very professional Kitchen fitter found it easy to install. Only problem was a delay with the granite, this was upsetting but when it finally came it was beautiful.”

“Such a great experience from the start to end. The designer included everything we wanted which was a surprise as our kitchen is small but she did things we didn’t even know could be done. Matched our pricing too with the completion out there. This is the way to buy your kitchen”

“We had shopped around for some time before we decided on Wren. Our kitchen is large and in an old Victorian house, therefore some areas are awkward and not perfectly square. This wasn’t an issue, every stumbling block had a solution, every problem was resolved. We also paid for fitting and were very impressed with the handiwork of the joiner. He made things so easy and simple. Would definitely recommend Wren, we now have the beautiful kitchen we always wanted.”

“I have awarded Wrens kitchen design and product as very good together with the installation. It is a great shame that I was not so impressed with their head office customer service which would fail to get 1 star. It has taken 6 attempts and 5 months to get a replacement internal loose cupboard shelf - well done.”

“When I went to Wren kitchens I was hesitant but from the initial planning to the home visit then final plan I was well pleased. Every inch of available space was utilised so that my kitchen now maximises the available space. The fitter Simon Colbeck made an excellent job of fitting the kitchen within an agreed time scale, overall my partner is absolutely chuffed with the finished job.”

“staff at the lakeside store were excellent and very helpfull not pushy like ive heard. design was carried out and shiwn to me on the virtual screen ( very cool) from the moment the design was agreed i quicky received an email followed by a couple of phone calls telling me wgat is happening inc delivery dates etc. a full plan arrived a few days before gand and delivery arrived exactly as informed. goods were carried in by 2 guys and positioned where i wanted. unfortunately there was a couoke of items damaged i called customer services and tge replacement items were delivered wuthin a couple of days. all in all i was very impressed with the service and assembly was a breeze.”
