“We recently had our kitchen renovated, and we spend a couple of months comparing different websites and visiting various kitchen suppliers. Wren was the one that impressed us the most for these reasons: 1. Excellent customer service. 2. Good quality units. 3. Broad choice of colors, doors, and worktops. 4. Experienced and trustworthy kitchen designer. Price wise it may not be the cheapest if you opt for the top range, however, they have cheaper options too that still look stunning and are very good quality. In terms of appliances and handles, sometimes they are able to match the market price so it may be handy to purchase everything from one supplier. Nevertheless, we decided to buy elsewhere some of the appliances, the sink, and the handles. I would choose Wren again and I would definitely recommend it.”

“From start to finish Wren Kitchen gave a great service from the moment I received my appointment with the designer to it being installed,the designer listened to my request and helped and advised what would work in my small kitchen came round and checked my kitchen before any sign of was completed I received a 3D photo of the final plans which really helped in seeing how the finished room would look. After my order was placed I also received good communication from the factory about my order and when it would be delivered I quess the whole process took about 5wks.I was completely satisfied with the products and fitting.”

“After reading all the reviews on Wrens I was still a bit dubious but I have to say my whole experience was excellent. From the staff in store & my own planner to delivery was painless. I do not react well to being badgered so appreciated the store staff ( Birstall ) for getting it right ie they were there when I needed them but not ‘hounded’. My planner was fab & remained cool when I made changes 3 times 😁👍. Was kept up to date at all times about delivery, & when I had to order extra parts ( not on my order ) they were sent immediately. I would be happy recommending Wrens to anyone wanting a new kitchen as I am over the moon with my finished makeover.”

“Faultless from start to finish. I found the whole process of designing very easy, with lots of options to choose from, all of which were on display at our local Chelmsford store. I also tried 2 other local companies, both of which took at least 7 weeks to even come back with a design! The 0% interest pay later option was definitely a good selling feature, and even though I tried to source the worktops elsewhere, I couldn’t find cheaper. I had lots of emails and texts telling me when the kitchen was going to be delivered, and it arrived on time. The delivery itself was a bit rushed, and as such, one panel was damaged, but replaced soon after. We got our own kitchen fitters, and they were pleasantly surprised how easy it went together. Overall, I would definitely recommend a Wren kitchen, but perhaps get your own fitters 😊”

“Our overall experience from Wren at Chester was first class, from our first visit when were just looking at the time to the end product. Service in store was excellent from choosing our kitchen even when we changed our minds on the accessories, through to the delivery and installation. When kitchen was being fitted one door handle had the wrong finish the correct one was delivered the next day. Excellent quality products. We have recommended to friends.”

“Had Wren kitchen installed in May, still as pleased as the day installation finished. Would recommend to anyone. Two of our neighbours also had Wren kitchens installed and are also very please.”

“From the initial visit to the showroom in lincoln through to installation, i received excellent service from all the personnel at Wren. There was a slight issue with one of tge cupboard doors which was noticed by the installer, however a new door was ordered and the fitter came back out to fit it. I would happily recommend.”

“The whole process of purchasing the kitchen was good. The planner was very helpful and knowledgeable and made recommendations so that we got the best kitchen possible within our budget. Communication from the warehouse regarding delivery was also very good and the kitchen was delivered when expected. The kitchen is well built and was well packed. There was a slight issue on delivery in that there was a small item missing and a very slight fault on one of the doors. A quick call to customer services though and both items were replaced without quibble.”

“I heard mix reviews about Wren kitchens but from our experience I would highly recommend. The design experience was excellent, delivery of kicthen was to plan and when we realised that we’d forgot to order a splashback they happily provided us one next day free of charge. If you can take advantage of their price match which you means you get this great service at a reduced price.”
