“I recently bought a kitchen from Wren in Nottingham and was impressed from start to finish. The designer (Josh) took all my needs into account and despite only having a small kitchen he managed to squeeze everything in. I had an ideaof what I wanted beforehand but came away with a totally new design which I was far more excited about. His expertises allowed me to consider options I’d not thought of. From measuring up, design alterations, delivery and after sales the process was seemless. I can not comment on fitting as I used mine own fitter but he was impressed with the quality of the units. Everything came labelled up to match the plan which was big enough to fit on a standard door. I had a few queries (with an appliance - not the kitchen) after installation but the customer service team were super efficient. Thomas P kept me up to date at all times and resolved the issue on my behalf. My kitchen looks fantastic and I am totally impressed with the service provided.”

“I was a little hesitant in using Wren for our Kitchen, as I'd heard mixed reviews, but thought there'd be no harm in looking. From walking into the showroom and throughout the whole process, the staff were always welcoming, polite and helpful. Our designer was excellent, making use of as much space as possible, and tweeking it here and there if we weren't happy with certain bits. The price was fantastic, with various payment options to suit all budgets. Delivery was discussed and they were able to deliver at a time suitable for us, as we both work, and regular updates were given on day by drivers. Whilst my kitchen was being fitted ( used our own fitter), he noticed that a part was damaged. Wren's customer service team didn't let me down either, the replacement part was sent out and received within 24hr. I personally can't fault the service we have received and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to family and friends.”

“The whole process was simple. Choose an excellent quality kitchen and pay a fair amount. From the first day we spoke with Wren there were never any issues. Delivery was made within a few days and all fitted by our own people without any problems.”

“We love our Milano Ultra kitchen. The copper strips really sets it off. We had a great experience, from the survey, design process through to delivery. All were professional, friendly and curtious. We used our own fitter. Was supported throughout with plenty of clear communication and a point of contact who kept in touch. All in all would definitely recommend.”

“TWO MONTHS AFTER HAVING MY NEW KITCHEN FITTED, I AM STILL VERY HAPPY WITH IT, I HAVE SO MUCH CUPBOARD SPACE IT IS GREAT. I HAVE NO MAJOR ISSUES WITH IT BUT I KNOW IF I DO WREN WILL PUT THEM RIGHT.”

“The planning of the kitchen was excellent and we now have a lot more cupboard space than we did before. Our planner also put in some extras that give it an expensive look for example bending end units round so that there are no sharp edges. The instillation came to a stop when the sink didn't fit and we had to wait for another sink which also didn't fit. However a local Wren manager stepped in at this point and sorted things out successfully. That was the only problem we had. Now delighted with our lovely kitchen.”

“Our new Wren Kitchen was delivered at the begining of July 2018. Just as the design consultation, the survey, the finished design (we changed our minds several times) and the installation, all were handled very professionally and with a good deal of patience. We are delighted with the result.”

“My kitchen is absolutely awesome. We did not use Wren install team, but the colour and quality of my kitchen is beautiful. Everyone comments that it is like a show kitchen, and it has become the heart of our home. The design is just perfect. It is always difficult to know HOW it will work in reality, but it cannot work any better in day to day use. The service we have had has been top quality, professional and yet friendly. HIGHLY recommended.”

“The kitchen truely is built to suit your needs and professional advice guides you all the way. I wanted a new kitchen with minimum fuss. I wanted to retain my floor tiles and wall tiles and Wren was the only kitchen firm that could do that. We had 10 other companies design and quote us for a new kitchen but none of them came close to the choice, qualtiy and finishing details that Wren did. We even had a quality control visit half way through the procedure just to check that we were happy with the work to date.”

“Great experience from start to finish, we were always made to feel welcome even when we dropped in without an appointment. There was a faulty bracket for one of our shelves but wren sent us replacement straight away with no fuss. Great customer service and have already recommended to friends.”
