“We went into wren and spoke with the designer, spending a good 2-3 hours with them. They took us through multiple options but still worked to our budget without any pushy sale. We came back a week later and corrected some things before placing the order, before the contract was signed we dropped in without an appointment and we were fit in without any hassle or complaints - another few hours were spent doing this and at no point we're we felt to be anything less than valued. As for delivery, we received a phone call to confirm the day about three weeks before. We received an email the week before confirming it was a morning delivery and a phone call on the morning from the delivery crew to let us know where they were - you also get a tracking app! All in all a great experience with Wren and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.”

“It was a good experience going through the design options, and from there I was given a good quote. The kitchen was delivered in good time by Wren who carried the items up the stairs to my flat. The Wren team were readily on hand to answer any questions about fitting and were very happy to supply a couple of extra end panels free of charge to help with the process. The fitting itself was independent of Wren. The kitchen itself is of very good quality and arrived with all of the cupboards ready made, they just needed the handles to be added. Since it was fitted 6 months ago it is still looking very nice and I've not had any problems.”

“We recently used Wren kitchens to design and supply our new kitchen. We were very impressed with the free measuring service and the knowledge and technical aspects of the design process. The layout and available hands on options at the Wren store really helped finalize our choices. The delivery process was easy to arrange and the delivery was well handled with items being placed in a sensible logical order. Wren did not fit the kitchen but our kitchen fitter did comment on the build quality of the kitchen and how easy it was (compared to non-wren kitchens) to install. The returns and replacement process was stress free and quick.”

“I was very impressed with wrens service from start to finish, the staff we re did an excellent job in the planning of my odd shaped kitchen ! The units arrived with everything needed ready to install & everything slotted together nicely with no hiccups what so ever over the moon with the finished kitchen and have recommended to all my neighbors & friends”

“We had a new kitchen fitted in 2016 - still looks brand new and visitors are always asking where we got it from. The kitchen still not only looks great, but is totally functional - this is due to the support we got from the WREN designer. We converted our garage to a utility room in 2017 - same excellent quality, same excellent design service and same excellent after sales service. In addition - of all the kitchen companies we had in for a quote and ideas, only WREN provided everything we wanted - at the same good value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending WREN.”
