“Service in store was great with Seyma who guide us through the kitchen process. Delivery was on time but 07.00am delivery times is not always ideal for other neighbours. Install I had booked myself externally but the price was good as we benefited from all the deals upuntil our delivery. The app was installed however difficulty signing back in to arrange replacements for a couple of shelves and missing brackets”

“I bought a Wren Kitchen, and I consider myself fortunate to have met the advisor/designer Kasra at the Edmonton branch in London. Kasra was incredibly helpful and demonstrated exceptional expertise in his work. He provided guidance on every aspect, maintained regular follow-ups with others involved, and kept me informed on a daily basis. The entire experience, from start to finish, was demonstrated by professionalism, efficiency, and genuine enjoyment. I am delighted with my kitchen and want to highlight the outstanding customer service, particularly from Kasra. I highly recommend him and Wren.”

“Amazing staff at the King's Lynn branch, friendly amd helpful. Even though we changed our minds several times on the design they accommodated our needs without any fuss. There were are few (understandably) issues when fitting, but the customer service was top class. Free tea and biscuits at the showroom was nice.”

“We have just finished having our kitchen fitted and I can say that I am very pleased. Delivery was on time. It’s really worth getting the quartz worktops as they make the Kitchen look fantastic.”

“Really great service start to finish. The kitchen planner Geoff at the preston branch was so friendly and helpful. When my order came there was 1 damaged unit but Wren replaced this straight away.”

“Design service was great, delivered on time with only slight damage on one carcass replaced via app in a couple of days, Sorted my own fitter who did a great job. Very happy with the wren kitchen”

“Fantastic from start to finish. Showroom staff at Crown Point, Leeds were so friendly, helpful and patient (took me a few visits to make up my mind - there was just too much choice). The fitter was amazing, friendly, hard working and very good at his job. Would highly recommend. Love my new kitchen.”
