“I gave thrm a list of things I needed done and they were happy to do them. They brought all of their own equipment, including green cleaning products that smelled so clean and nice. They worked quickly and followed some specific instructions I had for some things. They worked efficiently. At the end she walked me around to each room and allowed me to inspect all they did. I was very pleased. I would highly reccomend Molly Maid and will have them back!”

“For almost 2 weeks I’ve tried to give Molly Maid my business and money. They clearly aren’t interested. It started with my free in home estimate which was cancelled last minute. Ok, I understand that life happens. After leaving a couple of messages someone finally takes my call. I got the estimate via email. Great! Now I try to book an appointment, but after leaving 3 messages no one called me back. Finally today I spoke to someone only to find out that they can’t accommodate me for 3 weeks. Basically my experience proved that Molly Maid has horrible communication skills and isn’t adept at taking a message which includes my correct phone number. I ended up by asking the person I spoke to if she could recommend a cleaning service that actually wants my business and money; she laughed. I wasn’t joking!”
