“I wanted to take the time to personally thank Nathan & Amanda at the Tunbridge Wells Sainsbury’s branch. I went in to use some vouchers, it was a tricky & lengthy task (due to the vouchers) & they were absolutely brilliant. They were helpful, patient, empathetic & professional. Thank you!”

“I had a problem with a cordless mower,no joy from the manufacturer.Took it back to Argos in Ilford and the young woman there,Thamima recognised me from a previous visit and sorted it all out for me.Very professional,old school customer service.”

“To whom it Concerns I bought Twin Landline phones on Monday Oct 4th fron Argos in Ilac Centre Dublin n am very pleased with them I was served by a very nice Girl Mary by name ...I also had Home delivery of a Black TV stand {cost (E90 plus E25 for delivery} n Mid September I was very pleased with that too its a lovely piece of Furniture. I am always happy with Purchase from Argos n i have got many things over a number of Years, Thank you Mary .”

“Excellent customer service should anything go wrong. Their extended warrantee is certainly worth the money. May be able to purchase items at a lower cost but this piece of mind is worth the little extra.”

“This is high praise for my delivery driver today Joseph. It was a large delivery with multiple items. Firstly i was advised by text when my delivery was 2 minutes away and the delivery was on time as scheduled. As I can't lift anything at the moment, Joseph had no issues in making sure all of my items were placed inside my hallway {masked of course}just so I didn't have to lift anything. Nothing was too much for him and never is. Its not the first time I have had him as a delivery driver and every time he never fails to deliver no less than 100% customer service. Argos you need more delivery drivers like him. It would make deliveries so much better. A very valuable asset to your delivery team. Please ensure he gets the recognition he really does deserve. Thank you.”
