Got all my Christmas shopping there the past 4 years and will be doing the same this year. Presents for the children and Grandchildren as well as our food. Very busy at Christmas time but do not have to wait for long as all the tills are open.”
“waited inline for 15 minutes only 2 people serving and of them spent more time talking to customers she knew than trying to serve anyone else. no clean cutlery or trays, when asked for some got a huff and she stormed off, came back and slammed cutlery into trays, by time food came it didnt taste that fresh and the hot drinks we purchased was cold. asked if anyone was in charge we could see and was told "boss went home early" never met such rude unhelpful staff. have since emailed shop manager and head office direct”

I BROUGHT A CHARGER FOR £16 FROM ASDA UNFORTUNATELY I DIDNT THINK TO TAKE THE THE RECEIPT AS YOU WOULDN’T EXPECT TO BUY SOMETHING AND THEN IT DON’T WORK. I WENT BACK TO ASDA TO EXCHANGE THE CHARGER WHICH I ALREADY PAID EXTORTION FOR AND A LADY CALLED CHRIS AT CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID SHE WON’T DO NOTHING AS I DON’T HAVE THE RECEIPT. I TOLD HER TO CHECK CCTV CAMERA AND SHE TOLD ME TO GO TO THE SECURITY GUARD AND TELL HIM. WELL HELLO? SUKI THE MANAGER CAME DOWN AND TRIED CHECKING ON THE SYSTEM BUT DIDN’T FIND MY TRANSACTION, I ASKED THEM TO CHECK THE CCTV WHICH THEY CLEALY COULD NOT BE BOTHERED TO DO & HARVEY WHO COULD HAVE CHECKED THE CAMERAS REFUSED TO DO THIS. I RANG CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TOLD ME IF I COULD REMEMBER THE DAY I BROUGHT THE ITEM THE STORE COULD CHECK AS PROOF OF PURCHASE, I TOLD HER THAT THEY ARE NOT CHECKING AND GAVE HER THE EXACT DATE WHEN I VISITED THE STORE AS I HAD TO GO THROUGH 100’s OFF MESSAGES JUST TO CHECK WHAT DAY I ACTUALLY MADE THE PURCHASE HOWEVER WHEN I TOLD HER THE STORE WONT CHECK CCTV WHICH SHOWS THAT THEY CANT BE BOTHERED TO CHECK THE CCTV AND DO THERE JOB PROPERLY WHICH RESULTS IN ME WASTING MY MONEY SHE THEN TRIED CHANGING HER WORDS AND SAYING YOU CANT ONLY CHANGE IF YOU HAVE A RECEIPT. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER BUYING A CHARGER FROM ASDA THEY CHARGE YOU £16 FOR A CHARGER THAT DON’T EVEN WORK!!!!!!!!!!!! AND THEN TRY SAYING THEY WON’T EVEN REFUND OR EXCHANGE AS I DON’T HAVE THE REICEPT WELL MAYBE IF THEY CHECKED THE CAMERAS THEY WOULD SEE THAT I BROUGHT IT. “I have changed my mind about Asda in Dover. Still do not use self service checkouts though. Why have I changed my mind? I'll tell you. In Morrisons, in the same car park, they are selling a punnet of 4 nectarines for, wait for it, £3.47!! In Argos a punnet of 6 for around £1:50. Also they are really fresh and ready to ripen at home. Morrisons ones, like most of their fresh fruit, will already be almost off. Just eaten an Asda one. Yum yum.”
“Well for a start waited 15 mins for someone to bring my click and collect to me , and feel would of been longer if hadn't reported it !
Then found the right item I ordered in store so ask to swop one of the items I ordered for the correct item and was told no , I needed to buy the item and then go through the process of sending the other back and get a refund when they receive it , never have I heard of this before if it's a Asda product and swooping for a adsa product what the big deal ?

“UNDELIVERED ORDER | REFUSE TO REFUND
After waiting hours and talking to customer support multiple times! They weren't able to inform me of the status of the delivery scheduled for 3pm, after 5 hours later, I was told the delivery didn't leave the wharehouse because of van breakdown.
Demanded Full Refund and they insist on re-delivery after two days.
Ridiculous service, hopeless customer support and terrible management.”
“Left work early for our grocery delivery, sat in for almost three hours. When our delivery was almost 40 minutes late WE contacted Asda customer services (despite their website saying that if there's a problem they will contact the customer!) Turns out that the delivery driver couldn't find our house (despite it being on a main road and signposted as it's on a farm of the same name and next to a cafe!!!!!), didn't bother ringing us for directions and just missed us out. Order cancelled!!!!!!!
To say we are furious is an understatement. We pay for an annual delivery pass but we will never order from them again.
The woman on customer services, who could hardly speak English, could not have cared less when we explained that we left work early (missing out on pay), have sat in for hours, wouldn't have been know about the cancelled order had we not rang them, the fact that we have NO meals to cook for our young family or myself who is 6 months pregnant. She offered a £5 voucher and absolutely no apology at all!!!!!!
We have had problems with George orders before too. Should have learnt our lesson.
Asda could not care one little bit about their customers.
I will have to drag my young children round the shops tomorrow now (not Asda!), carry the food to my house through the foot of snow we have, whilst pregnant (our garages and driveways are set apart from the house by quite a way) - after I've been to work all day and made up the hours I've missed tonight!!!!!!”
