When I went to the store in Oxford street london, there was one employee who looked like he had experience and another one with a mic on that didnt know what exactly she was supposed to do and had the audacity to be standoffish! I received one package when I was supposed to receive two! When I confronted the employee he stated that I have to watsapp or call their services. How does a company with such magnitude not have a proper email address? Their watsapp is managed by a robot that literally asks the same questions and keeps going in circles... their customer service never picks up and is closed by 5pm and I have yet to receive any news about my other package. I will never purchase anything from Bershka

Returned a parcel, 7 weeks later I’m still waiting for my refund, customer service just say the same thing to me that they are looking into it even though I have proof of refund receipt …. Absolutely disgraceful , in all my years of online shopping I have never known the likes of this … I will keep reviewing until my refund is back in my bank !!!!!!!!! Disgraceful … don’t buy unless you know you definitely want garment

Bershka store Riyadh Granada Mall overcharged my card. It’s been a month they didn’t return my money. I went to store 3 times asking my money not a charity to return I called managers everyday One completely ignored my calls Another kept giving empty promises I contacted Bershka IG they promised agent will contact with me however nobody did I went to Police station to open a case Manager promised to Police officer they will return Till now I didn’t received my money The Company all ppl work there all SCAMMERS AND LIARS

Customer service is absolutely horrible from this company, original package deemed lost. 2 weeks of “investigations” just for a replacement to be sent & then that one deemed lost aswell. Going to be around 2 months from my order date just to even get a refund. Customer service not helpful what so ever and just give automated responses even though it’s real people on the chat. Disgraceful company. Will never order again after this experience.

He is one of the few sellers who found that he did not respect his customers, in my case 100%. I like the products, the quality is about good, but Bershka has major problems with basic aspects: 1. It's the only merchant I've come across that I couldn't return to an unsuitable product. 2. He is the only merchant I have met who accepts returns only to the store. 3. He is the only trader I have met to whom I cannot send a product return at my expense. 4. It is very weak in terms of the availability of products in stock online. 5. He is always deficient in the sizes of clothes frequently requested, so he does not know how to stock up. 6. Delivery is very problematic. Before the order is placed, a deadline is displayed, after payment another deadline, but none is observed. 7. I sent several complaints with dissatisfaction. No solution, no simple answer.

The delivery is super late and it's hard to get a hold of customer service to solve the issue. I'm leaving for a trip soon so the clothes ain't getting here on time by the time I leave for my trip. So disappointed!

I paid the money and the items were not delivered to me! Blame FedEx. I transferred the money to Bershka and asked FedEx for an answer ??

I purchased an item on line from Bershka, this was not suitable so proceeded to return this by post - there is no option to return other than returning to a store, my closest store is 100-miles away!! Customer service are absolutely useless. The links they send are obsolete and do not work! If I could I would give 'nil' stars. Do not buy from Bershka unless you definitely want to keep the item or live near a store. DISGRACEFUL SERVICE! Will never use again.

The worst customer service ever. Sizes run so small. You need to buy 2 sizes up. The same girl always answers the phone in customer service line and she is so unfriendly and unhelpful. She talk to you like you own her something. And if you got something with discount and you want to exchange it for different size I think it is the only company in US who doesn’t adjust price if you just exchange the size for the same price you got wrong size. . Would never buy anything again from there. That’s why they have 2 star reviews. I should read reviews before make a purchase!!! Don’t buy anything from there. My advice. It’s headache.

I ordered from Bershka a jeans. It didn't fit me because turns out with their store their sizes are much more smaller compared to other stores. It is so weird that they didn't put a return receipt for me. Now I don't know what to do with the jeans.

Very disappointed that Christmas presents purchased for my daughter 18th Nov cannot be be returned (trousers don't fit) as Bershka policy is to only offer a month to return. This is really poor customer service and different to the majority of other stores who allow an extension. I will not therefore be buying from this store again. Very poor company decision making and very shortsighted from Bershka. Come on Bershka - do the decent thing! There is one review after another complaining of the same thing - none of which you appear to respond to, which leads me to assume you have no interest in customer loyalty. Cannot recommend and would recommend buyer beware.

Do NOT believe the positive reviews. Scam company. Buyer beware. Do not buy anything from Bershka that you may want to return. Their clothes are very cheap and poor quality. Their return policy is set up so unrealistic that you will never get your money back. I ordered two pairs of pants for my daughter for Christmas. I ordered at end of NOV and my order took 3/4 weeks to get to my house and you have to return it 30 days by the ORDER date. By Christmas, it was too late to return it per their costumer service. TOTAL RIP OFF. BUYER BEWARE. Save your money and shop someplace that allow returns.

Items listed online for months without EVER coming into stock, constantly saying “coming soon” or “back soon”. Email alerts don’t work - you follow the link and the item is still out of stock. Ordered 3 items only to get an email 4 days later saying the shoes were out of stock. This is not acceptable service. Get your inventory in order and stop listing things on the site that are not available!

Following on from other customers. No extended Christmas returns policy . Shocking !! Won’t be buying from here again . Christmas presents were exchanged New Year and the dress was too small. No way to exchange as cut off date was Han 3rd

If I could give it 0 I would. Horrible and rude customer service. No holiday return Policy. That is unheard of! So if you made your purchase prior to Christmas like I did (11/26/2021) you are out of luck returning anything. What makes it worse is they are not in the business of helping the customer. Rude and disrespectful.

Really bad customer service from the Westfield White city store today. My daughter tried to return a Christmas gift from her brother who purchased online on the 28 November an item that was on her wish list. After Xmas and new year today 3 January, was the first day she could return it for a gift card as there wasn’t anything she liked in the store. It’s not as if there is a Berksha store in every town to be able to return straight after Christmas, so we drove to our nearest store from High Wycombe to the Westfield store, also the family had Co-vid during Christmas so it’s not as if we could have visited a store any earlier. First off they wouldn’t refund it on a gift card and then refused refund as it was outside of their 30 day return policy. When most stores honour Christmas purchases and have an extended return policy for this period. The so called manager we spoke to us was unrelenting and stuck to their so called return policy, oh and they also have a No Policy on giving out their names. My daughter now has a £30 outfit that she can’t wear! Sorry for the rant, but was truly p- off with the store at their unhelpful attitude and lack of flexibility. Needless to say another lost customer! After this rant will also email their customer service, though not holding out any hope for a favourable response.

Don’t get me wrong, the clothes is super cute and stuff, but the customer service?! HORRENDOUS! Who keeps a 30 day from purchase return policy during the holidays?! Apparently Bershka does. I ordered a Christmas present around Black Friday, and since my daughter didn’t try it on on Christmas Day, I couldn’t get a refund. My daughter tried calling within the month time frame, and they had her waiting for an hour and a half with an automated message and never got to speak to a human. NOW, they claim there’s nothing they can do about it. Horrible help. HORRIBLE. I will never purchase one more thing from them and I suggest you don’t either!
