I bought both my boys slippers for Christmas and within a week both pairs had split at the sides. At £22 a pair I was really disappointed that both of my boys had rubbish presents for Christmas. What sort of a mother am I that buys her 50+ boys slippers that don't lady a week. I sent them back and eventually got a refund but so disappointed.

I ordered a rug they sent the wrong size I’ve called them on many occasions but despite confirming the correct size they keep sending the wrong size promised manager callbacks but nothing no return labels

Is this a Chum you really want? 05 December ordered X2 foot stools for elderly relatives 11 December opened to Christmas wrap and X1 badly damaged 11 December emailed them twice explaining problem and attached invoice. No reply to either email. 15 December Chums website said post back via Sainsbury's - shop not accept item. 16 December rang Chums - agreed will collect parcel on 17 17 December waited in all day - no collection 17 December rang Chums said Hermes to collect on 18 18 December waited in all day - no collection. 21 December - Contacted by a Rep. and a collection arranged. 22 December - waited in - no collection 23 December - Item collected 07 January - No further contact and still awaiting news that they received the item and when I may get my £37.93 back. 10 February 2022 I've still not got my refund back. The products are very, very low quality Chinese, very expensive and, to be honest, if I ever get my money money back I will never used them again. The words 'old' 'rope' and 'money' spring to mind. I'm wonder if they also do gun fights and round-up cattle?

Ordered ‘wide fit’ gents shoes. Not wide at all. In fact narrow. It said ‘wide fit’ in both shoes. Just looking at them told you they weren’t wide. Appalling misdescription. Total waste of time. Rubbish service. Why bother ?

Having ordered a pair of walking boots I was amazed when they arrived that I had been sent a battered old pair with stones stuck on to the soles and uppers which had been well used. If they had apologised right away I would have accepted that someone had had a bad day.However it took many unanswered e mails before I got a refund.Easily the worst Company I have dealt with ever.

Absolutely appalling and discourteous service Absolutely appalling service. My order was placed 16 December and has - apparently - been making's journey its from Liverpool to Nottingham since 17 December. Emailing the company with all the details of the order gets an automated reply asking for all the order details. ~ Sending the order details again gets yet another gets an automated reply asking for all the order details. I note they just happen to have a 13p per minute phone line - wondering if that's the scam. Referring to Martin Lewis Order number is 3411107 ..

They are an absolute disgrace and are preying on the elderly and people who are unable to shop online or actually get out to the shops. I was horrified to discover my Mother had ordered 8 Christmas selection boxes for her grandchildren at £6 each. She thought she was getting a good deal as it was buy one get one free. So the original price was actually £12 each. The same chocolates retail for £1 in B&M.

Bathmat that I ordered was out of stock and was offered a refund or future credit unfortunately I opted for a future credit. I have sent numerous emails to customer services with the hope of receiving the credit against another order. Sadly that failed, a letter to Paul Gray was never answered nor a follow up email. I refuse to phone at 13p a minute so have given up on hoping for my £12 credit - obviously Chums need it more than me. I am sure they will keep sending the brochures but we do have a good recycling system for waste paper.

Keep your money in your pocket. Clothes I ordered not true to size. Two sizes too small. Not easy returns for larger items. Plastic fence already broken before even assembling which was cheap quality. Customer service 13 pence a minute. And still using covid as excuse for poor customer service.

Placed an order which should have taken 3-5 days. 2 weeks later still not received and not even received any form of communication or apology from Chums. Appalling service. Avoid at all costs unless you are willing to just sit and wait and hope your item turns up!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! This company should be shut down by the authorities.They’re a bunch of con artists.The items aren’t what they seem on the photos.The customer service,or lack of it,has to be the worst I have ever witnessed.Don’t even think about getting a refund,it won’t happen,so when you’re stuck with whatever you’ve bought from them THATS IT! They will make every excuse not to send you a refund including saying they have !AVOID AVOID AVOID YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Appalled by this lack if service. My elderly Father sent an order with a cheque which was cashed on 5th Feb 2021 and still no sign of the items. They have called Customer services twice at a cost to them and still nothing. Disgraceful and preys on the vulnerable.

Begrudge giving this company one star. I ordered a size 10 coat only received a size 16 coat. Returned the coat via Hermes. Chums received the returned coat on Friday 29th January ..17 days later, 3 emails later no replacement, no explanation and no refund. I feel they take advantage of the vulnerable.

Worst company I have dealt with online. I ordered a towel rail 3 weeks ago. I chased it up twice and on the second call to them I was told a letter had been sent to me the day prior to say it was out of stock. My question here is they had my email address to send this to but decided to post it to me, why???? They have inundated me with sales emails daily but have to post a letter to me to say out of stock?? Now, 3 weeks on I have asked for refund and will never deal with them again

The Manager was so rude talking over me, and wasn't listening!! I ordered two pairs of men's sandals, your website showed not second order at the time then said I hadn't finished making my order, so went on again unfortunately two pairs turned up? I asked for a full refund for second pair after returning it back to the stores. Will never order again from this store. Really bad service. I WAS RECOMMENDED TO BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered and received a pair of men's trousers, the trousers were a perfect fit - I planned to wear them a few days later so I ironed them and removed the tags.After wearing them for just a few hours they became very creased because the material is thick and of poor quality. I contacted Chums to complain about the quality only to be told by customer services , what did I expect after only paying £16 they would be of poor quality and because I had removed the tags when wearing them they would not do anything to resolve my complaint. Waiting for the customer services manager to contact me !

After a disastrous experience with this company in January I instructed them to stop send me mailings. I have now told them 9 times but still they keep coming, three months later. I am planning a visit soon with some associates so they finally get the message unless they stop immediately.. A nightmare company with the worst customer service I have ever encountered!

This is the worst company I have ever ordered from! Ordered a chocolate liquor gift set for a Christmas present in 2017 and still haven't received it till this day. It has been two years later! Tried to contact the company through email and telephone multiple times and they still did nothing. On top of this, they kept sending me catalogues in the post. After calling them again to sort the issue out today, they offered a refund into my account but the lady I spoke to was very rude on the phone and started shouting at me. Sad to have experienced very poor customer service from this company which seems to be reputable.
