“ Shoes ordered and premium paid for expedited FedEx delivery. Not only weren’t the shoes delivered on time, they weren’t delivered at all. Insult to injury, customer service is very difficult to get in touch with and are refusing a refund until we “wait around to see if they shoes eventually show up.” I’m sorry but even in the 1980’s this would have been considered unacceptable level of customer service. ”
