“ Clarks absolutely awful customer services. Ordered and paid for boots. Promised delivery over a week ago. No-one answers the phone, emails don't get answered, chat function doesn't solve the issue. Extremely frustrating. These are a Xmas gift and I have no idea if they will arrive. BUT Clarks took the money for them! Appalling service :-( ”
