eDreams charged me for a flight but never confirmed to use it. Customer service is unresponsive, and they don’t offer refunds. Hidden fees and poor service make them untrustworthy.

They payment went through from my bank account before I could confirm the figure and booking ,now they refuse to send me an invoice to show me why I had to pay double for my flight The lady I spoke to said it's against company policy

After buying 2 round trip tickets to Europe, I was not able to confirm the next leg of the journey to Africa with another carrier because they don't have an office or phone number in the USA. Only web contact so I had to cancel withe eDreams. Instead of offering me a voucher to use in the future, they took 20% of our 2 ticket price and they enrolled us in their prime program from which, they wrote, we can't escape for the whole year but we could cancel the subsequent year. We are VERY disappointed with eDream and most likely will never use them again. In addition, will let everyone we know about it.

No compres con edreams boletos aéreo, una vez q lo haces te cobran membresia, aunque tu no estés deacuerdo, luego no puedes cancelar ni por correo electrónico, ni en su plataforma, ni por llamada ya q te hacen esperar más de 1hora para no cancelar la membresía. No compres con ellos

I want to give 0 star for this bad company. They said they will refund me but after 2 months, no refund happens, I called them and they said the refund is cancelled due to they will not refund through PayPal, why didn't they say it from beginning? If I don't remember and don't call, they will not exercise their responsibility of refund for customer. Also their Prime is painful, they charged a lot without a real benefit and once I want to cancel it, it is the fight, take really long process to cancel the Prime including the fight with customer service:)/

Beware of this unethical comapny. They will not let you get off the phone until you stay. They just have their taling points. No way to remove your card once they have it and they will keep charging you for the yearly plan. Do not do business here.

A ripoff. They advertised a low fare and then wanted $160 baggage charge for a 2 hour flight. I declined the ticket and they charged me anyways. Rip off scam

SCAMMERS. Stay far away from them!! Me and my 2 other friends needed to pay (separate travel dates and destinations) more Money at check in because something was not correct. So be careful!!!

Don't trust eDreams!! There are many better providers around. My personal experience 2025: 1. Booking of Ryanair rturn flight for 2 including check-in, baggage, priority - check- in NOT done by eDreams impossible on line at Rynair because booked by third party without contract with them. Only possible at airport going 2 hrs ahead and paying 30+30 euros (plus other 60 euros return). Customer Care: Ahmed, arrogant, incompetent not willing (or incapable of solving problems). To be avoided like pests. 2. Carport booking with full coverage warranty. Company not declared. Difficult to find. Once located warranty is void because they do not recognize it. Additional 199 euro needed. To be avoided also. It would have been better to take a HETZ car. 3. The worst: Hotel Crisol FAYCAN at Las Palmas Gran Canaria. The worst hotel I've ever visited. Mohammed at reception: apparently gentle but false and not willing to recognize evidence in front of pictures depicting a deprecable and dirty room (n. 403). Refused reimbursement. Fortunately, the Quality department of the Company in Rome that owns Crisol forced them immediately to switch us at their expenses to the EXE Hotel which is perfectly in order and pleasurable. Though, we had to consult with a lawyer and consumed most of our time in legal issues. Thus: attention! STAY AT LARGE from eDreams!

I am a travel agency agent, and I made a reservation for a client through eDreams. Today, I was shocked to discover that I was charged an additional €80 for what eDreams claims is an "annual subscription plan." However, at no point during the reservation process was I made aware of, or given the option to accept, any subscription. I never agreed to this charge, nor did I see any indication of it while booking. I immediately contacted eDreams customer support by phone, only to be told that there was no possibility of a refund, despite this charge being completely unexpected and unauthorized. They stated there was no refund guarantee for this "subscription," and I feel completely scammed by the platform. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of transparency and customer service. I urge others to be cautious when booking with eDreams, as hidden charges like this are not clearly disclosed, and customer support offers no help in resolving the issue. I would not recommend eDreams to anyone and will be seeking other avenues to resolve this matter, including filing complaints with consumer protection authorities.

This company is a complete scam. On 1/20/2025, I called to address being charged a Prime membership fee even though the membership was only active for 2 days instead of the full 30 days. Their representative, Rahul Singh, refused to listen to my request. I had to ask to speak with a supervisor more than 5 times because all Rahul wanted to do was talk about updating my Prime membership. When I finally spoke to the supervisor, Shristi Chhepry, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. I explained my situation and asked if they could charge me only for the 2 days of usage, but they outright refused. The lack of professionalism and customer service is appalling. I am incredibly unsatisfied and will never book anything through eDreams again. This company is deceitful and preys on its customers. Avoid at all

I booked four return tickets from Hanoi to the Maldives. I initially found the flights on Skyscanner, which redirected me to edreams.net. Since a “.net” domain seemed questionable, I verified via edreams.com and saw it also linked to edreams.net, so I proceeded with edreams.net. Upon reaching the price selection page, there were two options: a “normal” price and a “prime” price, which was slightly cheaper. I selected the “prime” price, but there was absolutely no pop-up or notice indicating I would be charged a $69.99 “Prime Membership.” This fee only appeared on the final payment window, where it also claimed I could “cancel at any time” online. That statement is false. There is no online cancellation option; the only way to cancel is by calling specific international numbers, which costs a fortune. When I called to cancel, the agent on the line refused to provide a way to cancel. Instead, they offered to reduce the charge to $34.44. I declined, but they still refused to cancel. In the end, I felt forced to accept the half-charge by providing 4 last digits of my credit card. And very quickly, they charge the amount in the call. After that, I immediately requested a membership cancellation, but they wouldn’t do it, saying I had to call again later. I told them I did not want to call again—only then did they tell me to download some app from the Play Store, which I have yet to do. Yes, they provided the tickets I booked, but they trapped me into a membership I am unable to cancel. I will never book through this agent again. This is a terrible experience.

Hello This is to let u know never ever deal with this website I mistakenly check box prime service then after that it started to cut from my account after month and I called them and told them that it was done mistakenly so I ask them for refund they refuse doing anything stating that they need the person whom i book the ticket for to be on the line !!!!! And that I’m not the primary person although in the application in the profile it has my name !!!!!!! Most bogus website ever bad bad bad service never going back to them 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Hi, I am extremely disappointed with eDreams Prime. Despite not booking anything and repeatedly trying to cancel my membership over the years, I was still charged again without my consent. The cancellation process is frustrating and unclear, and I feel forced to pay for a service I do not want. Please make the cancellation process more transparent and user-friendly.
