“The worst booking app online. I made a mistake and forgot to cancel my free trial before 15 days and called and tried to cancel the moment I got notification of my free trial. The guy on call is trying to cut deals with me and not ready to refund the amount. There was no empathy and they are trying to keep the money in their pocket somehow. What a scam!”
“Booked with eDreams only to have a third party “Hahn Air” buy my tickets. No one has sent me any notice about this still. I found out by accident when I was calling to figure out how to transfer my eDreams stuff into the Sunwing app. No refund. No apology. No notice given. Do not book with eDreams.”
“Totally useless. Bought a return ticket from Perth to Bali paying extra in case I needed to change my return date . Had to change the date as my visa was expiring. Try to change it in app , told me to change with airline. Airline told me to use eDreams. Tried to phone eDreams but could not contact as I was outside Australia. Try Whatsap, said same thing. Then Tried their messenger service and it kept telling me that because my flight was within 4 hours I must contact airline. I did this several times over two days always it told me the same thing ( unbelievable as my original return date was two weeks away.
I even had a friend in Australia phone eDreams on a Adelaide number only to be told that I would have to contact them .
Enough stress so I paid for a new ticket.”
“Two weeks before departure, my flights were canceled without any alternative options. As a Prime customer, you would expect at least a solution, but no – I had to book new tickets myself at full price, which turned out to be the most expensive and worst flights I’ve ever had.
I have now been waiting for over 2.5 months for my refund and have received zero updates. I have called countless times, only to hear the same generic response with no progress. Is this even legal?
On top of that, the in-flight experience was a disaster: broken screens, unhelpful flight attendants… just a complete joke.

“I never had an account with e-dreams but somehow they charged me an annual fee on my credit card. Don't know how or why but when I reached out to them and explain what happened they hung up on me twice. I'm at the point now where I've already disputed the charge, I am going to file a police report and a contact the Attorney General's office since I can't get them to respond to my complaints”

“eDreams charged me €89.99 for a Prime membership without my consent. They claim I was on a free trial, but I was never properly informed. When I requested a refund, they refused, despite canceling my subscription.
They also falsely claimed I saved €32, when in reality, my flight was only €6 cheaper without Prime. Their explanations contradict themselves, and customer support is unhelpful.
I have disputed the charge with my bank and will escalate to consumer protection authorities. Avoid this company at all costs!”
“Upon arriving at O.R. Tambo International Airport in South Africa for my connecting flight, I was informed by the airline staff that my name was not on the passenger list. As a result, I was unable to board my flight and missed my connection.
Shortly after the flight departed, I received an email from eDreams asking why I missed the flight. I promptly responded to the email explaining the situation. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to follow up regarding this matter, but I have not received a resolution.
I believe this issue occurred due to an error in the booking process on your platform, which caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. I request a full refund of my ticket cost and any associated fees.”

“After buying 2 round trip tickets to Europe, I was not able to confirm the next leg of the journey to Africa with another carrier because they don't have an office or phone number in the USA. Only web contact so I had to cancel withe eDreams. Instead of offering me a voucher to use in the future, they took 20% of our 2 ticket price and they enrolled us in their prime program from which, they wrote, we can't escape for the whole year but we could cancel the subsequent year. We are VERY disappointed with eDream and most likely will never use them again. In addition, will let everyone we know about it.”
