“First time ordering from Elsies Attic it was simple and easy, the only negative is I order two pairs of the same trousers just different patterns and one fit lovely the other was extremely small”

“Love my items and had a very quick exchange when I needed to swap an item. Only reason it’s not a 5 is because the top had a few loose strands of thread which I had to cut off, but nothing that wasn’t fixable.”

“Bought the Beige long-sleeve Slouch Dress. I'm on the smaller end of the size range (for a change) for this dress and the sleeves are a bit baggy for thin arms but not too bad and most of the year I'd have some kind of jacket/cardi on with it anyway. I love these dresses (style) - convenient for pretty much any weight, shape, weather etc and versatile to dress up or down. A good buy and even better in the sale.”

“Everything was fine with my purchase and I love the dress I bought. However, I had to wait for the dress I wanted to return to stock and I had to keep accessing the site myself to check for stock (which I wouldn't do if I really didn't like the item). I did email customer service and was told I would have to do this. It would be really helpful if you had a 'notify me when back in stock' function as many other retailers do.”

“Delivery came quickly and perfectly pacakaged. Easy to return a dress I bought with free returns label. Only reason for return was because I am tall and it was very short, kept the jumper as was so lovely and good quality 😊”
