“I purchased a dress for my girlfriend, which when delivered was slightly different to what she was expecting, so we sent it back and exchanged for another dress within a week. The dress was for a wedding the following week, so they made sure the new dress was sent to us a priority. Fantastic service, excellent customer service and the dress was high quality. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Lovely dress which arrived promptly, just unfortunate it doesn't look great on me really! That's the downside of shopping online, it cost me for delivery but would also cost to send back. The fit was accurate for the sizing and the dress looks well made.”

“I look at the photos of the models on the webpage and all the dresses look amazing and I have to stop myself clicking the buy button. Sadly, when I have treated myself I have found the quality not what I would expect for the prices they charge. Bad stitching and a poor fit. They also charge delivery charge to send back. Buy with caution as these dresses can be expensive to buy.”

Hi There Thank you for taking the time to leave a review... Apologies you have not been happy with your purchases, we do try to inspect all the items we sell but on this occasion we obviously missed them. We are constantly looking to improve our QC and this will be taken on board. With regard to paying for the returns postage, as of last week we now offer a free UK returns service via RM, the info and link is on our website under delivery and returns. We have been discussing this with RM and we have had to make sure the sums stack up as we are a small business. We do hope you will shop with us again. Thanks again and have a great day.
