“Sadly the sizing is completely wrong . I equated the given sizes as standard uk ring sizes and ordered the size I normally wear only to find the ring was about 3 sizes too small . I intend to return the ring .”

“They have clearly taken more orders than they have stock, have been waiting for a "delivery" for a week, now delayed to some time next week. Dreadful service, should implement some stock control. Disappointing.”

“I ordered my very first item from Elsie’s attic on the 2nd March and I have still not received it. Is this the norm? The delivery time is way too long and I am very dissatisfied so far with the service.”

“The ring I purchased was delivered but where it was just in a bag the wing got squased and was out of place. Weakened the metal a little but still usable. Maybe sending rings in a ring box would avoid this happening”

“The order arrived quickly which was good, however the quality of the product was average. Washed the top once and is now all bobbly. The order had no ‘free’ returns label inside, in fact had no paperwork just the items ordered. It would cost me to rerun the items and therefore would not order from here again. Buy cheap, buy twice is very true here!”

“Love the dresses I have purchased Only problem I found was I bought a jumper that was supposed to be long and found it a bit short also purchased a lovely white butterfly dress and found that a little short and quite see through. Overall I have been happy and have kept everything I've purchased I'm 5"9.”
