"Wish I could also give them 0 stars! Ordered a tumbler glass with both standard writing and custom text. Ran the glass under water and all print came off. Spent 30 minutes on chat with customer service and all they agreed to do was give me refund for shipping charges. It was a defective item. Never have I encountered with such illogical and poor customer service!"

So if, during shipping, it was ripped open, it would get ruined. The bag was so small it came all wrinkled. I bought the Adidas jersey over the fanatics for the better quality. I have bought fanatic clothing before and was thin garbage. So instead of getting a nicely wrapped and boxed fanatics jersey, if you order a $280 Adidas jersey, you get punished. I was going to get a Connor Hellebuyck jersey, too, but never again! Your loss fanatics! You trash!"

"Would give zero stars if it were an option\r\n\r\nFanatics.com suggest they provide \u201cNo hassle returns and refunds\u201d yet that is exactly what they do. Make it impossible to get a refund despite meeting their terms of an unused product, with tags, original packaging and customer paying for return shipping. \r\n\r\nInstead they send the same message in various emails stating you need to send measurements of the product and if they are at fault (ie it doesn\u2019t match their measurement chart) they\u2019ll refund you. \r\n\r\nStay away from this shady company!"

"I've used them in the past but now I feel like they just take orders and use people's money like interest free credit.\r\nIt's been since Dec 5th that I ordered 3 items. I call earlier this week and they said I'd recieve an email from UPS with updated tracking since Landmark only transports to customs when coming into Canada.\r\nI never recieved an updated tracking and I just called again and now they tell me they will reissue an order for two of the items and a refund for the 3rd because it's now out of stock. It's been o er 2 weeks and I'm just finding this out now???\r\n@Fanatics @Lids - Get it together. You charge good money for the products you sell so give your customers the service they deserve."
