“Everything went wrong. Too much to mention. Short version; I returned an expencive bag that was faulty. Almost 3 months ago. No refund. Only nonsense answers and generic reply to my begging for my own money!. Do not buy from them ! Do it at your own risk. After the new owners, its like a criminal syndicat. Stay faaar away.”

“Am comandat o pereche de pantofi pe care i-am returnat în aceeași zi, pe motiv că mărimea era nepotrivită. Returul a fost acceptat și am primit confirmarea că în 14 zile mi se vor restitui banii. După 14 zile în care nu am primit nici banii și nici un răspuns din partea site-ului am trimis mail și am întrebat ce se întâmplă. Mi s-a răspuns că cumpărătorul de fapt nu vrea să accepte produsul pentru că este purtat, deși, precizez eu l-am trimis în aceeași zi. După lungi insistente și după aproximativ o lună jumate s-au gândit să-mi restituie produsul achiziționat pe motiv că cumpărătorul nu poate să accepte produsul. Nu recomand nici o achiziție prin intermediul acestui site. Este cea mai proastă experiență pe care am avut-o cu un site care se pretează a vinde produse de lux… niște mizerii ordinare și niște escroci.”

“I ordered from Farfetch a pair of sunglasses, received and empty box, the box was tampered and re-taped. Complaint to Farfeth and Fedex at the same time because they dealt with delivery. Farfectch is telling me they checked with the courier and they have confirmation that the box was not tampered and they cannot issue refund and Fedex is telling me the driver has not been back at work since ( its been a month) i have multiple emails from them. How come Farfetch concluded investigation and the courier that dealt with delivery cannot conclude because driver is missing? Thats not normal... stealing my item , i am giving you proof with the box tampered... where is the proof that you are telling me the box was not tampered????? FEDEX IS TELLING ME YOU SHOULD REFUND ME AND YOU ARE TELLING YOU CONCLUDED INVESTIGATION... BASED ON WHAT”

“This company is horrible! They are not responsible and you have no one to deal with! I bought two dresses from them, one dress actually, in two sizes. When the dresses arrived they looked cheaply made so I packed them right away and returned them the next day only to receive both dresses back two weeks later saying they were damaged! Same dress! Farfetch says it’s not their problem since they are only the connectors to the boutiques. I lost $1000 on two ugly cheap dresses and no one to talk to right now! Never again will I buy from this garbage site! They do not say final sale but know that whatever you order they will find a reason to make it FINAL!”

“This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I purchased a pair of glasses and had expensive lenses (worth €500) fitted. Shortly after, the arm of the glasses broke due to a manufacturing defect. Despite admitting the defect, Farfetch refused to reimburse me. They demanded that I return the glasses, even though I explained that I had spent €500 on custom lenses. The representative told me I wouldn’t get a refund unless I returned the glasses and that my issue didn’t matter because it was 'against their policy.' I am now facing a €900 loss (€500 for the lenses + €400 for the glasses). Their service is absolutely unacceptable.”

“I ordered an item that costs 1400 HKD, and today it suddenly canceled my order and never re funded me. I got scammed, plus I am a student buying a gift for my mom. Thanks a lot Farfecth! I want my money back!”

“Their customer service is so hard to reach. I just want to return some items I bought but it's taking them so long to respond to my query. They don't even have live chat with their customer service, the only way to contact them is by email or by phone. When they respond, it's not even that helpful at all.”

“ZERO. They are scammers. Extremely unprofessional, they are changing prices after purchase, when shoping on sales, thy cancel your order when realise that was too cheap and say the item is out of stock, when there is on stock but they don't want to give you on cheaper price. The customer service is useless, they copy and paste, unable resolve any problem. Bunch of scammers and most prices are unrealistic.”

“I mam very upset. Farfetch will not honor my return within the stated return policy. They are claiming my purchase was a "final sale", when it was only a discounted priced item. Nowhere in the customer experience did it state I could not return the item. Actually my email receipt shows I can return it. Hoping they do the right thing...or I will have to take further action.”

“Received only 1 of the 4 items I ordered what I didn't receive was worth $377.00, contacted customer service and they said they have proof of delivery with my name misspelled. I was in the apartment the whole day and the package did not arrive on the day they claim it was delivered. Took over a month to review the case only to say that they concluded the investigation and the packages were indeed delivered. I would never purchase from them again.”

“Ordered a bunch of stuff from them. Returned 1 pair of boots out of 3 I ordered. They sent a pic of the sole of the shoes I ordered aand said I used them. I DID NOT. When I asked them to send me a photo of the entire sole and send a picture of both shoes they told me I cannot contest it. They sent them back to me. Saying they cannot accept my return.”

“I ordered an item from Farfetch that arrived damaged. I sent it back to them and they have been harassing me since and are now saying I caused damage to the item so they’re now sending it back to me “and making me pay for it”. I told them I don’t want their damaged item and I certainly don’t want to pay for it and they told me the boutique can do what they want and they cannot help me. DO NOT ORDER FROM FARFETCH. It’s the biggest scam I’ve ever seen.”

“If I could give 0 stars, I would. Paid for a "luxury quality authentic item" (Nike Airs). Received poor quality, cheap plastic shoes with abdominal stitching, soles not even glued on straight, discoloured yellow, and whoever made these have had difficulty "colouring within the lines". Nowhere on the tags is there any mention of the company. These came from somewhere called "StadiumGoods outlet". Box also damaged. The order process was easy and delivery quick. Customer service was also quick, including to decide there is nothing wrong with these shoes. If you want to pay hundreds for a product that you could get from Temu, Shein, Wish etc. then this is the shop for you. I would also like to add as a side note that producing and distributing fake brand items is a criminal act and anyone receiving this companies fake plastic items can contact their local ombudsman to file a formal complaint. Nike also receives and investigates fake items if you send them in. The company is liable to return your money, and can be prosecuted upon receiving your report from Nike as to the authenticity of the item. Highly recommend doing so, so that these rip-off companies get put out of business.”

“Extremely disappointed!!!! I ordered a designer item (on sale) and Farfetch sent me the incorrect item (not once but twice). I was then brave (or stupid) enough to re order the item again…and eventually, some 2 weeks later, I was told the item was now out of stock. And I should expect my refund within 14 days. Outrageous!!!”

“I bought a swarovski bangle from them and they just sent me a box nothing inside Im so disappointed and waste of time as I need it badly for nextweek!!!!! And it cost 207 euros! Jesus! Give me back my refund! Never ever buy in this online shop! Im traumatized now its my first time ever ever in my life to experience this!”

“Refused a refund for faulty pair of shoes. Received a pair of shoes that fell apart after a few hours of wear. I sent it back to be looked at by the farfetch team who told me the fault was due to wear and tear. I don't think anyone who wears a pair of shoes for a few hours should expect them to fall apart, It's clearly poorly made and overpriced. Farfetch refused to give me a refund so I am pursuing a refund via my credit card company. Terrible service from farfetch. I will never shop with them again.”
