Ridiculous customer service! I received shoes faulty, hadn’t worn them, notified them within a day or two of receiving them when I went to wear them and noticed. I had so many emails asking for photos which I sent many times, never dealt with the same person so I kept getting asked for new things or being told new things. There was no instant offer to exchange them! I was simply treated like I’m not being honest and I have been going back and forth for a week now it’s absurd. I spent $300 AUS on a pair of shoes that are faulty and they are doing absolutely nothing about it so far. Don’t bother with this site, shop somewhere else!!!

Selbst diesen 1 Punkt hat Farfetch nicht verdient. Ich habe 2 Waren bestellt, nur einen bekommen. Dies habe ich sofort gemeldet, habe Beweise, Fotos und Video und bei der UPS sogar kann man das Gewicht der Packung(0,5 kg) sehen, was sicher beweist, dass nur ein Artikel deinen war. Ich wurde in korrekter Form quasi als Lügnerin bezeichnet, weil Farfetch meinte, dies wäre nicht möglich. Dies ist unglaublich. Jetzt hoffe ich auf PayPal. Ich rate ab bei Farfetch etwas zu bestellen! Die ganze Erfahrung kann ich nur als Betrug bezeichnen! Sowas habe ich niemals bei einem Online Einkauf erlebt!!!

I called Farfetch ahead of placing an order that would go beyond their regular return policy. It was my partner's birthday and the gift date would be past 14 days of delivery. I was assured it wouldn't be an issue and an exception would be made in case I had to return anything. It's now time to return an item and Farfetch won't honor their promise. I keep getting the same response over and over again from their customer service team, without any actual resolution. We've order from them enough in our household. Likely our last order after this episode.

The most greedy and unsafe company. They delivered empty, opened package which was worth of 300 USD, when I tried to get refund, they said nothing can be done since they asked courier and they said they delivered package unopened :) not sure what else would they say. no other proof, just word of the courier. so it means, even tho its luxury company and you could order something over 1 K and if it gets lost/stolen etc... they will not do anything about it, even with the customers who have spend a lot of money throughout the years on their website.

FarFetch processed my order, took payment of USD $350 from my credit card and now there is no trace of my order. So disappointing, I ordered from them at Christmas and it went just fine.

@farfetch @FarfetchHelp This company is filled with liars and sheer thieves. They have been lying to me about my refund for almost one month now. And whenever I call, I get told another lie. How incompetent can you lots be? Lying to me in series of emails for my $974. don't use them they will scam you and will never refund your money.

Joke of a company. Ordered 2 pairs of pants (in 2 sizes) that I need for an upcoming event. Package was delivered and only had 1 pair inside. I called customer service and was told they'd need to reach out to the partner and investigate, which could take up to 15 days. I told them the pants were needed ASAP for an event and I could not wait that long, and asked that they ship me a new pair. I was told they would not be able to do that and could not do anything until they heard back from the partner who shipped them. If you order something from Farfetch, it is Farfetch's responsibility to make it right - but they don't treat it that way. Do not order from this website, it is a full scam and I will likely have to call my credit card company to get my money back.

I recently completed my first transaction with this company and, unfortunately, my initial experience left me quite disappointed. I placed an order for a pair of wedding shoes in size 36 EU for my wife. However, the quality of the shoes did not meet the expected standards, and while we reluctantly decided to keep them, the size guide on the website proved to be grossly inaccurate. This led us to initiate a return on the very same day in order to exchange them for the correct size. Much to our surprise, the company rejected our request for a refund, arguing that the shoes we returned were not in the same quality condition as when they were dispatched. This assertion was entirely baseless, as we had returned the shoes in the exact condition in which we had received them.

Extremely rude company with absolutely no respect as to what you are trying to say! Ordered a pair of £200 shoes and within an hour of wearing the bottom rubber was peeling off, I contacted FARFETCH as I am sure this is a faulty product, I was offered a £9 store credit! Once I then contacted and stated I am not happy with this I had nothing but rejection! I am now 2 months down the line £200 down and a pair of broken shoes to show for it which I have wore for 1 hour! Absolutely disgusting!

Can this company make doing business with them more difficult? it's not like you're buying something cheap that you haven't paid a lot of money for. if they are unable to support their customers in a positive way they should hang up their business,

Bad experience. Product returned. Return accepted. Said they processed the refund. Have yet to see it..1 month later and still waiting. When contacting them they were rude and told me to contact my bank providing me with nothing to go off….this was my first and last experience with this website. Horrible.

I returned sunglasses followed by their instruction, but when the sunglasses arrived in the custom of Portugal, the DHL told them to contact the custom to release the item, but they did not, and the item is there for almost a month ( still there at the time I am writing this review) and they just hold my refund not take any action. I contacted them, they only said they still hold it and will update to me asap. They do not care customer but their own interest. Very bad company. I already disputed the charge from my bank.

My money was stolen by Farfetch, I mean LITERALLY! I have been using Farfetch for a while. On my third order, I have ordered 2 sunglasses as well as some other products together. Sunglasses shipped from sunglasshut, and in the app it’s been indicated that they will be shipped together. Once I receive the package, there was only one. I simply file a report, call the customer service by hoping this as a simple and honest mistake that will be compensated quickly. It did not! A few days later, I received an email they can’t return because the ‘partner’ confirmed that they delivered both products. This is quite literally stealing. I don’t see anything else here. The biggies nonsense I have experienced in online shopping so far. I will be following my legal rights, be away from them!

I ordered a shirt which was delivered by DHL. DHL Didn't follow my delivery instructions and left the package at the door instead and sent me a blurry picture as proof of delivery. When I got back the package was not there. I contact Farfetch and the said they will investigate and get back to me with a decision regarding a refund. The company got back to me through one Andre who said that the company can't bear liability since I agreed for the package to be delivered at the door which isn't through and I have evidence. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this transaction. The company is a very fraudulent one, I'LL ADVISE YOU TO AVOID.

My return was lost and a claim was issued by the courier, but Farfetch gave me a suspiciously contradicting statement saying that i never returned the item even though i did. The tracking reflects the progress of the return and a claim was issued by the courier due to the missing package; however, despite all this, they told me that i never returned it. I will be filing a chargeback and will never buy from here ever again. What an experience, you heard it from me first.

I have put my order in 4 times it was cancelled the first 3 times right away. The 4th time the order was in the process stage it was cancelled because your company couldn’t verify my credit card or my id. The credit card that was used came from my bank and the id was my drivers license. I don’t understand what happened and why it wasn’t able to be verified. This is ridiculous. This is 4 times it’s been cancelled I’m going to another company your company is a joke and overpriced.

I was a loyal Farfetch customer but not anymore. Just one transaction destroyed my trust on them. I ordered a Moreau Tomme tote bag worth £665. They delivered a wrong item. I ordered again to correct the 1st order. My second order came, it’s still a wrong item. Both orders they delivered Saint Tropez tote bag! I returned the second order the following day as I need to use a tote bag for my holiday. 10 days after they received my return, I still did not receive any confirmation for my refund. I contacted the Customer service via email and we exchanged emails for a week and nothing happened! On my 8th message, I rant at them. After my email, I received that refund has been processed. They waited for the customer’s rage before they will give your refund! They don’t even offer any compensation for the inconvenience! My email message below: Hi, This is now getting ridiculous! What makes it so complicated to refund me when I returned the item untouched? Here is the timeline of my 2 orders to make your “concerned department” understand it easier: 01 March- Ordered Order # VHN5G2 Tomm tote bag £665 image0.jpeg 06 March- Order # VHN5G2 arrived but wrong item received (Saint Tropez tote bag) image1.jpeg - Ordered same item to correct the first order Order # XT9Z9C Tomm tote bag £654 09 March- Order # XT9Z9C arrived but still wrong item received (Saint Tropez tote bag) image2.jpeg - Packed the second order for return (I chose to return the cheaper price although the item received is the same for goodwill!) image3.png 10 March- Order # XT9Z9C picked up by DHL 15 March - Order # XT9Z9C received by the shop I have a picture of the first order but not the second order which has been returned to you to prove that you’ve sent the wrong items twice! If your concern department is logical, it is easy for them to understand this. I’ve returned the item in perfect condition, hence you have to give my money back! You cannot have both! That is called STEALING FROM CUSTOMER! THIS CASE NEEDS TO BE ESCALATED AS THIS IS NOW SO FRUSTRATING AND UPSETTING. I lost all my trust in Farfetch!
