“I've been waiting or my order since the 29/09 it is now the 3/11 and i have not had any tracking updates since the 21/10 and there is not estimated delivery date it just says TBD. Their help center sucks i;m not able to email them and none of their options relates to my problem. Shipping was advised to take 5-12 business days and its a very large order.”

“Zero stars if I could. Been ordering from here of couple years. Never had I had issues with my packages not delivered but until now. The company they use for delivery is just awful. My packaged was marked delivered but it wasn't. I have camera at my front door. Then the next day a lady from a couple of blocks away says here's your package, I seen the guy just throw your 2 packages on the side of the street. If it was for her I would be out 200$. Don't order from fashion nova there's 50 /50 chance you'll not get your package. And to top it off fashion nova doesn't replace or refund for items marked delivered even if they weren't. Sadly I will no longer order from here.”

“Very disappointed with the customer service I received. Ordered over $200+ worth of clothing only to stop receiving updates on the 13th. Was told to contact the shipping company if I wanted to make a claim. Then I contacted the shipping company to only be told that I had to contact Fashion Nova! Very VERY unhappy with this as I STILL HAVE NOT received any sort of help/resolution. Have never had this problem with them before but I can gladly say that I will NOT be ordering from them again. Waste of money and time.”

“Ive ordered from Fashion Nova so many times and never had an issue. I had a $200+ order and suddenly my package was "delivered" but nothing was delivered. I reached out to Fashion Nova and the tracking company (lashership) and apparently I cant get my money back or even a credit to reorder my lost items. I have never had this problem before. If you want customers to continue shopping with you, then maybe get a better shipping company or allow refunds or credits for missing items. Super annoying never shopping there again.”

“Cheap clothes that fit weird and fall apart after wearing them a few times. Very uncomfortable material and to return them it cost US money. Just more cheap fast fashion.”

“My items NEVER came. I live in Texas and Fashion Nova used a cheap company called Lone Star Overnight (LSO), which is the absolute worst shipping company and apparently steals customer’s packages. I called, emailed, and chat messaged with both companies several times, with no resolution. As a long time customer of Fashion Nova, I couldn’t believe the treatment I received. They didn’t care that my package never got to me. They just blamed LSO. As far as LSO, just look up their Google reviews! I will never do business with Fashion Nova, or any company again, if they use LSO!”

“I don't know which Fashion Nova you all have been ordering from but my experiences (yes that is plural because I have ordered about 10 times over the past 3 years and my orders are always in larger quantities. I get all my family gifts for my XXL son and his 28 year old partner, as well as some things even for the Mama herself. I get more compliments from my cardigans and faux fur jackets whenever I go out that I ordered when they have a 40% off sale. I ordered 4 pair of shoes which turned out to be too hard for me to walk in and was worried about the cost to return all the 4 pair of shoe boxes but with their prepaid label and return authorization code it was only $10! Now that was a great deal and it made ordering from Fashion Nova my number 1 Favorite site ever since! I honestly am shocked at all these low ratings because it is now my number one place to shop whenever I just want to get something fun to wear at a great deal and I especially order when they send me 40% or 50% discount codes!”

“Wish I could give zero stars! Tracking number says it was delivered to my front door at 2:05 am! Haven't received anything from them! No way to call them, contacted via email 3 times in the last 10 days, haven't heard back.... started credit card dispute today! Stay away from this company!!”

“Extremely Bad Customer Service!! Extremely Bad Customer Service!! The company may be okay if everything goes well with the order. If you need to return something, forget it! You pay for your own shipping to return and then they don't refund you but attempt to give you a store credit. Really?!!! They have no phone number or chat window. Email is the only way to get an automated message. It feels like a scam!”

“I ordered one month ago from fashion nova. And four days ago, they just called back my order and cancelled sending it to me without ANY REASON!!! I waited for one month !!! “If you have ordered from fashionnova in Australia and have no idea where your order is I would advise using parcelsapp.com just to check if there is another tracking number provided. I used my tracking number that fashionnova provided me with and luckily the information showed a second tracking number was created through couriers please and that they had my package. This may work for you, so it’s worth a try since contacting customer support gets you no where!!!”

“Shipping was fast but the items I recieved are low quality material, mesh is scratchy feeling and uncomfortable. Sizing is not accurate, and they don't allow returns. Luckily the items are inexpensive. I learned my lesson. I won't purchase anything from Fashion Nova again.”

“The dress I purchased was torn and I emailed them the same day I received it because you have to let them know within 7 days but it’s been over a week and no reply from this so called company and there is no contact phone number. DO NOT purchase from this site.. no customer service at all!!!”
