“Just want to let you know that I love your site and the quality of service is great too. I recently ordered an item that was sadly out of stock, so I tried contacting the customer services and they told me they'll try to check the stocks again and came back to me with one! It's of a different color but I took it! Great shop, lovely services. Kisses!”

“First of all, all of the five star reviews are obviously fake and written by review bots. If you are going to pay a company to spam sites with fake reviews, at least don't do it all on the same day with language literally no-one would use. IMO. Anyway- real review here, Fashion Nova sucks. Their clothes are awful, horrible quality, they don't last past two washes, horrible return policy- they don't even look like the pics. Don't bother,”

“What to improve? Well I guess the brand is good as it is. I am quite impressed with the quality of clothes they sell and the quick delivery of my packages. The customer care team is also very friendly and professional. Every item in this brand is superb. I love the jeans, most especially. Keep it up.”
