“My order says it’s delivered and it’s not Even my address. I try to contact them, but they didn’t even reply my concern. They don’t have respect for their customers. I will not spend any money for fashion nova ever again.”

“I went to make a purchase using the %50 off of the website. It showed me my total with the discount added to it and once I confirmed my purchase it charged me full price I wrote to customer service letting them know what happened and they said they couldn’t accommodate me. All I’m asking for is %50 refunded to me as my checkout said!! PLEASE BEWARE before buying they have all these tricks including a glitchy website. DO NOT BUY from them because if anything goes wrong they will say it’s not their problem and give you a percent off that by the way expires in less than a month (I just made my purchase last night) This was my FIRST and LAST time purchasing from them as there are plenty of other companies who would appreciate your hard earned money. AVOID THE BS!!”

“They told me my order would be delivered by a certain day. They sent it to the wrong place. Took over a month to show up. Company doesn’t answer phone calls or respond to emails. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever seen for a company”

“The clothes on FN are cheap price wise, but not cheap quality wise. It’s rare to find an online fashion store that doesn’t give up quality for cheaper prices. The cheap stuff in here are also made of pretty great material.”

“I love Fashion Nova I spend minimum $400 a month. They have everything from business attire to be going out with my girls. I always get the clothes in about 4 days. I love the fast shipping and if I need to return something it’s so easy.”
