“Went to Frankie and Bennys Newmarket Road Cambridge for lunch today. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Denisa served me. I asked if they had Peroni on draft (the default is bottles) and she checked (the answer was 'yes' and I ordered a pint, and I also asked if I could have peas with my steak (not mentioned as a side) instead of salad. Again she asked and again the answer was yes. The service was very prompt and cheerful. Ten out of ten!”

“Had a fantastic meal as usual at Frankie and Benny's Kingston Upon Thames. The food was great and our host Mariusz was absolutely lovely and happy to help in any way. Thank you agin for a lovely evening for my daughters birthday”

“floor was filthy, draft coming from air con on a very cold night, food was reheated and tasteless... flies everywhere.... staff all wore there own casual clothing... no uniform... very disappointed”

“Big chapeau to feltham!! What a great service!! “Went to Frankie and Benny's Kilmarnock for lunch and were served by Laila. The food was lovely, but the highlight was being served by Laila. She was a delight and couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely go back and hope to meet Laila again”

“We visited the Banbury outlet on Friday 18 October 2019 whilst staying at the Premier Inn. Kelly served us so well and didn't mind our request for separate bills. She even laughed at my husband's jokes! Couldn't fault either her or the food which was excellent.”

“went into dumbarton G82 1RB this morning for breakfast sat down waited in the freezing cold first served tea had to drink quickly because of the cold my wife said to the server who replied she could not do anything about the cold, eventually got our meals halfway thru the meals were cold so you can be sure i wont reccomend Frankie & Bennys ..”

“Had a lovely meal at Hempstead valley tonight. Not been into a Frankie and Benny's for a while but was really impressed with the speed of service and quality of the food. Our server Miles A was attentive, friendly and very efficient. Won't be leaving it so long for our next visit 😊”

“Went out for an end of the week treat as a family and were served by Bridget in the Gloucester restaurant. What a lovely, helpful and jolly person. I’d go back sooner if I knew Bridget would be our server. Food was good too; well cooked, warm and plentiful, but not too much.”

“We visited Dalton Park at lunchtime today and the service we received from Sam was outstanding. The food was delicious and hot and served at good intervals between courses. Excellent value for money.”

“Had a fantastic time with my boyfriend yesterday at your restaurant Burleigh House Strand. The food was great our waitress Izabela was amazing we even sing a song together. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks!”
