“Customer service is very poor! I have ordered a personalised birthday card for my fiancé, however the envelope isn’t included when I stated that the card will be delivered to my house. Also the card sizing is very small! I hoped it was a bit bigger but it was misleading. I have emailed them stating my issue and they have said they won’t do anything about it. I am very disappointed about this! How rude of them for not even caring about it overall.”

“I ordered a card for my mum’s 85 birthday. They said it would be delivered by first class post. It never arrived. I contacted them and they said their first class post means anything between 1 and 3 working days. This is not like the Royal Mail who deliver first class post the next working day. This was very confusing SO BEWARE THAT THEIR VERSION OF FIRST CLASS IS NOT THE NEXT DAY. The card never came in the end, how very disgusting. My mum never got her card. I will never use them again.”

The card arrived the next day,no sign of the t shirt.
So on the day it should of arrived,I called customer service was it was getting late,they told me it had been despatched the day before.
She also told me it’s up to Royal Mail when they deliver,they usually deliver on the date given sometimes it longer.
But when you pay for your items it doesn’t tell you this.
So when Funky Pigeon says next day delivery or 2/3 day delivery,that’s not the case,they deliver when they see fit.”

“Very disappointed with the Harlequin Coronations that my recipient sent me a photo of. They looked nothing like the bouquet advertised. Customer service not helpful asking me for further evidence which would have meant asking the recipient to take photos of her gift to further my complaint. Hardly etiquette. Have always used funkypigeon for cards and will continue to do so but won’t be ordering flowers again.”

The ‘florists’ can clearly not tell the difference between dead flowers and fresh flowers, then when a complaint is made the staff are just as naive... “My little Granddaughters 1st Birthday today and I chose her favourite character 'Minnie Mouse' and personalised the card so she would have something special as a keepsake. I was gutted when my daughter told me she hadn't received the card. I used Moonpig.com in the past, but didn't use it this time as they didn't have any Minnie Mouse Cards. I deeply regret using Funky Pigeon. I paid £7.00 in total and no card! Absolutely disgusting. “Absolute garbage!! Paid £25.48 for next day delivery of Christmas Cards on the 22nd of Dec 2018. Didn't get them to the 28th December! I digitally signed for them and have sent funkypigeon the proof of the receipts and all I get is "We dispatched them on the 24th, sorry can't help further".
I suggest you avoid this joke card company or if you have had a similar experience go to the ombudsman or better yet never use their service again. Avoid Avoid Avoid!”

When I selected next day delivery it clearly stated delivery 21st.
The prints did not arrive the next day or the day after. I checked my emails to find funky pigeon had emailed me to say my order will be delivered on the 28th.
When I contacted them they said I must have order after the Christmas cut of point which is simply not true. And even if this was the case why did their website say I could pay £6.75 for delivery for the 21st.
In short yes they are cheap but there is a reason for this. If you need an item on a specific date use someone else.”
