“I visited home bargains at the western industrial park and was served by Tejal.
She is one of the most helpful staff and has wonderful customer care.
Today I had to buy some cases of water and unfortunately did not have a £1 coin for the trolly. Tejal kindly asked a member of staff to get me a trolley so that I could get some water. That was very pleasant of Tejal and this is not the first time she has come forward to help. It makes a whole lot of difference to have staff who are extremely pleasant and knowing their role.

“Interchange Retail Park, Bedford branch - Abi was an absolute star today, and assisted me with purchasing 240 bottles of water (21 packs) for our company event for older people. Initially after putting 17 packs onto a roller, more packs were required but on searching in the stock room, a colleague located smaller bottles which are more practical for our clients to carry. Abi reloaded the items back onto the shop floor with me assisting and then the new bottles reloaded and taken to my car. Brilliant customer service and only her 3rd week in store. You've an asset there, Home Bargains!!”
