“Every time me and my wife visit any HB the visit is always a pleasant one, the staff are always willing to help and friendly, its a shame more shops wasn't like them”

“I visited home bargains at the western industrial park and was served by Tejal. She is one of the most helpful staff and has wonderful customer care. Today I had to buy some cases of water and unfortunately did not have a £1 coin for the trolly. Tejal kindly asked a member of staff to get me a trolley so that I could get some water. That was very pleasant of Tejal and this is not the first time she has come forward to help. It makes a whole lot of difference to have staff who are extremely pleasant and knowing their role. Thank you Tejal for your kind assistance today.”

“Visited your Leek store on many occasions and have to say what a pleasant experience it has been. The staff are always very polite, friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble, a kbberesford@aol.comvery well mange store. Never a problem with returns and refunds.”

“Interchange Retail Park, Bedford branch - Abi was an absolute star today, and assisted me with purchasing 240 bottles of water (21 packs) for our company event for older people. Initially after putting 17 packs onto a roller, more packs were required but on searching in the stock room, a colleague located smaller bottles which are more practical for our clients to carry. Abi reloaded the items back onto the shop floor with me assisting and then the new bottles reloaded and taken to my car. Brilliant customer service and only her 3rd week in store. You've an asset there, Home Bargains!!”

“What a pleasure to go into Galashiels store was in yesterday 2nd Sept went to checkout 1 and Cath was on she always asks how I am and has a wee chat while checking my shopping through Always has time for people which makes such a pleasant change especially for people on their own Full marks to Cath and thank you xx”

“I shop regularly at the Limavady Store and all the staff are very friendly and polite but there is 2 members of staff who would go out of there way to help you nothing is a bother to them and that is Tracey O Kane and Terry Healey their customer services and their friendly service is fantastic it means alot when you go into a shop and your greeted with a smile and a hello and is their anything i can help you with i cannot express enough how important as a customer customer care and politeness is and Tracey O Kane and Terry Healey make shopping in Home Bargains a pleasure”

“Love Home Bargains .I use the hyndburn store in Blackburn most days Very clean and tidy .Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Most importantly the prices are good .My favourite check out assistant is Janine .She is very pleasant and smiley .Highly recommend the coffee bar .”

“Yesterday I was in Ashington branch and stupidly I got a basket instead of a trolly too many bargains . Struggling with the basket an employee names Colin took my heavy basket and what I had in my other hand took it to the till and brought me another basket an absolute diamond employee to have .. I' worked in retail as a manager for 20 years and this was second to non Colin you are an asset home bargains Ashington to have”

“My 2year old had lost his cap in the Stanningley , Leeds store on Wednesday so I called the store and spoke to Hamza. Hamza was extremely polite and helpful and took the time to find the cap and saved it for me to collect. Thank you Hamza. You are a star, snd made my grandson feel very happy again.”

“sorry it as took me so long to say a big thank you to 2 of your employees in your poulton ly flyde store about 3 weeks ago i was in your store i took my shopping to my car opened the boot and i accidentally locked my keys in the boot so i was unable to open the car i rang my husband he said go back to the store buy a coat i spoke to your store manager Alex who said they don't sell metal coat hangers he he would help me by getting my keys i shown him where was as i went to pay for my shopping i could not believe it got my keys out of the boot i can not thank him enough also a lady college that works on the till that same day sorry can not remember her name she was so helpful they are both a asset to your store”

“the staff are always polite and when I asked for a product which was not on view they looked in the back and found it!! as it was heavy lovely Melissa offered to take it to my car without me asking, same happened the next day when Don did exactly the same great service and again offered to take it to my car. your manager Sanjeev is always available for questions which are always answered very politely! well done HB LOUDWATER, High Wycombe, well done team!”

“home bargains loud water has the best sales staff I would like to mention the sore manager SANJEEV, and sales staff DON AND MELLISA. I shop regularly here and bought compost and many bags of garden bark, this was not on show and when I asked they said we will check, they found it in the back! without me asking they said we will carry it to your car!! very polite and extremely helpful, thank you!”

“The assistant manager ( NIA) at the Home Bargains store at Bangor, North Wales went above what I expected from customer service on my recent shopping visit. Checking stock availability of a much needed product which had been out of stock for 4wks ( pet care dept.) , checking the main stock line on their system and assurance that the product was on re order, providing the stock description and product code for my future refence for online order or in store use. Thank you 5*”
