We have 3 accounts with ID. The contracts are due to expire and have spent 7 hours trying to switch contracts to no avail. The app does not recognise the details. Frustrating to say the least

The absolutely rubbish after contract done am leaving. I would not recommend. No telephone customer service only online.. got good prices... restricts your phone quickly have to wait over 3 -4hrs to come back .. I dislike ID.

Ordered a new phone and SIM contact. Received and within 14 days changed my mind..... Returned the phone and everything cancelled. A few days later they take £900 from my bank account. Spoke to Carphonewarehouse who I ordered through....quicky the money was returned.....2 weeks later and they've taken £900 again....spoke to Carphonewarehouse who said it isn't anything their end so to contact ID mobile. ID apparently don't have a phone number! Love chatted with someone who said it would be investigated and would take 2-4 working days......now to most (and me) £900 isn't a small amount of money to go missing.....especially with a mortgage payment due soon. Still waiting to hear back despite it being 'escalated'.....disgusting practices and customer service!!! AVOID!!

As soon as you need to speak to customer services the whole thing falls apart, great network but the customer service experience is lacking. Never received a final bill, have chatted to 3 people now and get different answers from all 3, how hard is it to send a final bill! its 2024 not 1980.

Absolute disgrace of a service. I am waiting 11 days already trying to get my PAC code. No emails have been received, can’t use my original phone number as they are are holding it. Can’t access my banks and any other services as they are linked to my mobile number. They keep saying there are tech issues, wait 48 hours, then another 48 hours, then 72 hours. Registered compliant, now waiting another 72 hours. I am getting absolutely nowhere with them. How difficult is it to get PAC code…. I don’t owe them anything, just want to get my number back. Never again.

Worst mobile company I've ever been with. Near impossible to contact and when you do they still don't sort your issue so you have to go through the struggle again. I'd advise you to avoid. Terrible company!!!

Poor signal in my area. Very difficult to get hold of anyone to resolve anything as you cannot talk on the phone. Cut off the chat multiple times. Spent over 4 hours to get no where. They might be cheap, but if you ever have any issues and are in contract, good luck to resolving anything.

How is this company still in business,I can't make calls or receive calls ,can I cancel my contract without being charged 90% of my existing contract.

Dreadful. Apparently Three are to blame as they are upgrading to 4g, my husband and I can no longer make or receive calls and if it does wprk the other person cant hear me. I cant contact anyone customer service is non existent. Ive cancelled my direct debit because i wont pay for a service that doesnt work. Avoid them

Terrible, transfered my number and now the app doesn't work nor recognize me. Customer service the worst ever 154 mins wait for chat on line. So so rubbish. Been trying to leave for a week.

None existent mobile data. Can never get through to a human. Please avoid and go elsewhere for a phone contract. These guys a jokes.

iD are CHEAP... But you get what you pay for & I SERIOUSLY regret signing up!! - Their signal is appalling... Everywhere I go. - Their customer service is non-existent!! - There is NO call centres, & the ONLY number is for a Complaints Department where they're rude & dismissive, & incapable of doing to simplest things, then the manager states they'll get back, & ghosts you. - EVERY single person/department I've dealt with tries to palm it off onto someone else, often demanding you go back to the store... But they can't do anything, are understaffed & busy & are running on some atrocious Windows XP looking system that should have died 20yrs ago!! - They messed up the names on mine & my partner's accounts 2 Freaking years ago & despite multiple attempts in store & online & with the Complaints Department, they've STILL got the wrong name (hers on both) & refuse to assist me until I prove I'm her... Which I'm f*£¢ing not!! I've NEVER dealt with a company this inept & so lacking in customer service... Not to even mention the shocking phone signal. Serious regrets.

Absolutely dreadful. Took out a sim only deal. At the time, they asked for my PAC code, which I gave them assuming all would go smoothly. 1 week later, no sign of a sim and my number, having been ported, is out there somewhere on a sim I haven't got. Had to buy an emergency payg sim as I wax left without a service. Complained and was told an eSIM would be sent, which didn't work as my phone isn't compatible. Rang up again and told them to cancel the whole thing. Appalling company, dreadful customer service and infuriating chat service. Would warn anybody reading to give this company a very wide berth.

Service is absolutely awful where I live and always seems to have problems with internet out and about. Had to call up on several occasions to keep setting up direct debits as every time a payment was due it would not take it automatically for no reason. Phone kept getting cut off due to this and wasn’t able to pay as the app and online services were constantly having issues and would be down for days at a time, had to go through the complaints teams just to try pay my payments and had to deal with unhelpful customer service. Please do not go with this company !!

Awful network and not worth paying monthly. Not worth even giving one star. Last few days they have had network issues and customers left in the dark thinking they have a faulty phone. ID Mobile also do not have a customer service base everything is through a chat box and you have to wait 8 hours for a pointless response.

I took out a new contract with ID mobile via Currys'. I had paid an early cancellation fee on my previous provider to move. Within one week of having the new plan I had to ring ID mobile about lack of coverage. Their complaints line (who were the only people I was able to actually get through to) advised me that due to KNOWN LONGTERM connection issues in my area (central Belfast) I was advised to return my equipment and cancel my contract. I did so with Currys, who were of zero help at all and directed my complaints back to ID Mobile, who tbh just basically shrugged their shoulders and couldn't explain why they were knowingly selling a product that was not up to standard. As it stands today, my two week run with ID mobile cost me an early get out fee with my previous supplier as well as the cost of the phone cover, etc that I had bought for the new equipment. I can honestly that that I would NOT recommend anyone use this company and tbh I would second guess ever going back to Currys' for mobile phone queries as they just push you back to the provider network.

I am appalled at how iD mobile treats their customers. I signed up 5 days ago and am enraged by the lack of help, support, sense and service. I had no idea that, unlike most other providers, iD mobile has no contract with Switzerland. So I arrived there unable to use data roaming even though all my settings were correct, roaming swithche on, tons of data available in my plan, very high bill cap. When I raised the issue, I hit my head against a wall of bots. Even the socalled agent I was later connected with spouted off standard answers that got me nowhere. Plus the whole chat was taking ages and ages, after queuing for 30 minutes. Even the complaint procedure asked for a 89-minute-waiting time. I am pulling my hair out for signing up with that useless lot.

I have been experiencing connectivity issues in my flat, with poor 4G reception. Despite the network provider’s website indicating no coverage problems in my area, the issue persists. After contacting customer support, I was advised to replace my SIM card. I did so at my nearest Currys, but the problem remains unresolved. Upon further contact, they insist there are no network issues in my area. Interestingly, other network providers show both indoor and outdoor coverage quality, while this provider only shows ‘no network issues.
