“I have always been a faithful John Lewis customer, but lately the level of customer service has been appalling. I can't ever get anyone to help me whether it's over the phone or in the store. I just called their phone line and waited on hold for over 40 minutes. Someone finally answered and disconnected my call! They are always out of stock on items I want and i feel like the brand is loosing its credibility. What a shame!”

“I normally receive really good service from John Lewis whether it's in store or online, but my last online order wasn't great. I ordered some Christmas decorations and when they were delivered, a wreath I bought was all broken. It looked more like it was broken to start with then if it happened in transit. I just wish someone checked the items before the shipped. I will still shop with them again and hope that I have better luck.”
