“I am extremely surprised by the poor rating of John Lewis. I have used John Lewis in the past when living in London and I have always been very pleased by the service received. With regards to John Lewins 'online shopping' I can but praise them. I have received a gift voucher for my birthday and decided to buy a table lamp. I placed my order, the order was confirmed and delivered within 2 days! Unfortunately I didn't like my original purchase, nothing wrong with the light itself , I just didn't like it in my living room. I was able to return the lamp to John Lewis free of charge, I was refunded within a week and was able to place a new order which once again was delivered within two days. I am delighted with my purchase and the great service I received. I can only say Bravo!”

“This morning I visited the Cardiff store broke down at the barrier with my one week old Mercedes the security team were so so helpful arranging for backup and staying with me through out the ordeal thanks you X x”

“I've ordered my product and collected it at the local Waitrose. The service was very fast (ordered on Sunday and received on Monday, before lunch time) and I did not have any issue with the product. I am happy of it :)”

“I last week went on line and ordered a Bosche Fridge Freezer, it was duly delivered a few days later and it is entirely to my satisfaction. I was worried it would be noisy but I am pleased to say that so far it is very quiet, no doubt when it defrosts it might be a bit noisy but perhaps for only a short time. I think Bosche are mean not to supply Freezer blocks although they provide a narrow space in the door for them but they are not now part of the package. Well done John Lewis, entirely satisfied.”

“I purchased a Sony TV And a sound bar, the service by the set up and delivery driver was superb they did John Lewis proud, as did the young man who I purchased to from at the Wellyn Garden City store. Full marks”
