Shopping around for lego for my son's birthday and John Lewis came up cheaper by £10. Amazing! Free collection from our local Waitrose. Easy website to navigate around, shipped really quickly. All round a very happy customer.

I went into the Brent Cross branch of John Lewis and a gentleman called Paul served me. He was very polite and helpful and checked that the product I was purchasing was available.

"Johnlewis.com has just robbed me of £35 worth of vouchers. It accepted my shopping paid for in vouchers and topped up with JL credit card, and I was told I could collect my items from local Waitrose next day. I left my email address on the site and the message came that I would receive confirmation email or text. I received neither. My crime was to trust John Lewis, well why shouldn't I? and I assume that confirmation email would come and assigned vouchers to granddaughter for cutting up... I no longer have the numbers. Despite earning these through my credit card and therefore JL have records of having these they have refused to give me more or let me have the items I paid for. Its not my fault their system was faulty, but I am paying for it. I am applying for a different credit card and will shop elsewhere in future

This website is well organised and really easy to navigate, there is good choice and usually delivery is fairly quick.

because my internet was not working phoned then and they were happy to do my order over the phone as a click and collect at my local waitrose .i was very happy for this as i wanted the item ordered as quick as possible

Ordered a item for next day delivery 2 days early, only to be told on the last day thats its been cancelled by email. No call or text, they text me saying order has been dispatched too. Do not deal with these lot if you need the item on certain date, stick with selfridges. Customer service were no help as they couldnt send the item out next day even though i called them at 4pm after finding out they cancelled the item. No compensation or incentive offered for their mistake.

John Lewis provided me a great service. I ordered an item to be delivered to my mum and it arrived exactly when it was expected too. Baring in mind this was just after the bank holiday weekend.

Always excellent customer service, in store and on the phone. No quibbles when wanted to exchange an item of baby clothing that was given to us as a gift but needed in a larger size. Their product range is always good quality items and although you may pay slightly more in store than elsewhere the customer service experienced is second to none. Their online click and collect service is also very quick and efficient. One happy customer

Easy to use, 2 year guarantee, and the same price as all other shops! But the quality is assured, and customer service is great. Lots of delivery options available, was happy to receive my item at 9.16, one minute into my delivery slot!

I had brought a DAB Digital radio for 79.99 and after 3 weeks it started to have distorted sound i phoned up john lewis they said just bring it into my local john lewis shop and they will give me a full refund. I wenrt to the shop I was treated very politely and they refunded me straight to my debit card, A first class service from the nations favourite department store.

John Lewis is a company you can trust and their staff and customer service are second to none. Some clothing items can appear rather expensive but that is because the quality is always exceptional and cannot be compared with the poor merchandise that is often supplied by lesser stores at knockdown prices. TV & radio, computers, small and large domestic appliances are always competively priced and you have the reassurance of the"Never knowingly undersold" guarantee. I have bought many items from them in the last few years and can, with hand on heart, recommend them most highly.

Picked the product and asked for more information from a very busy cashier and nothing was too much trouble. He looked up all the measurements etc on line and was extremely pleasant and patient

Beautifully laid out store with wide aisles and easy access to the products I wish to view. Courteous staff who are always on hand to give advice when required and price match products should you be aware of it being cheaper elsewhere.

waiting for a microwave to be delivered, the courier firstly couldn't find the address then said it was refused by a person ive never heard of !and that it would be delivered the next day ,didn't hear anything so decided to give courier company a call, was told that the address was incomplete!!! and that the parcel would be delivered on Tuesday. Gave John Lewis Customer service a call, they assured me that the delivery address was correct, was sorry but the microwave would be redelivered on Tuesday because of the bank holiday, that's no good to me, I wanted the microwave for the weekend, couldn't pick up a replacement from the store until the other one is returned, was any of this my fault!NO. feel very let down by all parties involved, that will teach me for being loyal to John Lewis!why are you not using your own transport, next time I will try Argos same day delivery.
