Extremely good communication about the order, extremely well wrapped parcels and products within the boxes. Excellent returns process for the one item I didn't want.

A very poor quality Polish made buckskin leather Barbican sofa. highly priced with very thin leather and colouring which also is thin Poor value for the price John Lewis staff in furnishings at Cambridge, adopted a could not care less attitude One suggested I should photograph the thinness and asked me how did I know it was thin. Very poor attitude ie we have your money so what

The shop was very busy. As an assistant came out I approached him. He was going to lunch but stopped and served me, even after i said not to worry I will wait for another assistant, he insisted on serving me.

Ordered the item at 1930 on Sunday, the parcel was ready for collection before 1300 at my local Waitrose. Excellent, speedy service.

I ordered an item on line on Saturday evening, received an email in confirmation and a security phone call 10 mins later. On Sunday morning I received an email and text to let me know that the item was ready for collection at my local Waitrose.

My order was allegedly delivered to my office at 7 p.m on 27/11/17, but my office closes at 5 p.m without any access to the building. I have notified the customer service over the phone and via email that I am still to receive my order. I was informed that my order was delivered on that date and basically the case is closed without any proof of delivery. I feel very disappointment and frankly disgusted that as a loyal customer , I was being treated with such a mistrust as I had not reported any issues with my other orders previously. I am left without any order and nobody wishes to take a blame. It is only my word against unreliable Hermes . I am very sorry, but JL customer service is not as it used to be before, known for putting the customer's first and treating them with respect. Being loyal JL does not pay off at all.
