The service they provide is excellent, even at this busy time of year. I ordered my products one day and received them the following day. That's called being efficient.

Called customer services - they said I would get call back within 48 hours - didn't happen Called again - new case number - told again I would get called back - didn't happen Called again - the narrative against the case didn't seem accurate. In the end the person was able to deal with the matter as I'd requested on the first call Then got no confirmation email Called again - was told they had put the wrong email in and this couldn't now be changed. And also told the payment was declined. Not sure how and when they were going to tell me that! Turned out it was declined as they had put the wrong exp. date in!!

Price matching so I didn't have to order from lots of different shops. Handy drop off at local Waitrose shop so I could pick up when I wanted to. Super quick delivery.

A very poor quality Polish made buckskin leather Barbican sofa. highly priced with very thin leather and colouring which also is thin Poor value for the price John Lewis staff in furnishings at Cambridge, adopted a could not care less attitude One suggested I should photograph the thinness and asked me how did I know it was thin.
