“My lawnmower, 9 years old, gave up the ghost. "Which? Magazine" recommended an up-to-date version of the same model by the same manufacturer available for the best price from John Lewise. Contacted John Lewise, lawnmower was in stock, delivery within 7 days. An email arrived two days later stating delivery the next day in a time slot. Fantastic.”

“Great customer service when we bought our oven, gas hob and cooker hood. Get a 2 year guarantee with them which is always good to have. The lady helped us understand what specs etc we needed.”

“excellent service, with great value. I purchased some Bose in ear headphones which are fantastic. They are noise cancelling ones. I have over ear ones already but the in ear variety have the same noise quality but with the added advantage of being lighter and easier to carry when on the move”

“Ordered a new Oregan Weather Station as ours was 20 years old and had finally died on us. The new one was ordered online as we live 60 miles from our nearest store. The package arrived within days. Great communications all the way and delivery straight to the door. Thank you John Lewis.”

“I purchased some ladies lingerie and infortunstely it didn't fit when I got it home I returned the next day thinking I hope I'm not going to have to jump through hoops as it's underware, but the assistant was so very pleasant and helpful I had to sit down I could not have experienced anything better”
