“Good customer service. Free delivery over £50 ( very important for me as I can't easily get to a JL shop) and free returns. No quibble guarantee and price match. Always excellent service.”

“Recently purchased a new free-standing cooker from our local store. The in-store service was excellent, as usual with John Lewis. Delivery was exactly as promised, on time, with advance notice of arrival. The fitting team were professional, efficient and tidy. In all, a smooth, perfect transaction, which is customer service at its best.”
