“I was buying shoes for my 9 year old two days before school started and was stressed but the staff in John Lewis kids shoe dept, Glasgow went the extra mile to find shoes and even order online for me to collect when the size wasn't available in store Many thanks”

“At first I was wary of looking on the website as they have a reputation of being pricey. I found exactly what I was looking for for a lower price than it was sold for on the high street. Arranging the delivery was easy and it arrived 2 days later. I was kept updated throughout as to the status of my delivery and collection of old appliance.”
