“I bought a Hotpoint freezer RZAAV22P which looks very nice and freezes efficiently. I particularly like the solid plastic drawers. The delivery was excelent and on time removing all the packaging.. The 2 year guarantee is a bonus and the price was competative They don't recycle unfortunately . I also bought a Hotpoint cooker which looks very smart and easy to clean and all the parts seem to heat up quickly. The delivery was also very efficient 10 year parts guarantee but the cost of servicing over £100 seems to negate the the value of this”

“Great, easy navigable website. I got free click and collect and was especially pleased that even though I ordered on a Sunday, I was still able to pick up after 2pm on the Monday. I got a text and an email to tell me when it was available and I especially liked being able to pick up from my local Waitrose shop, as opposed to driving out to John Lewis.”

“They have a superb, quality product range and their customer service is second to none. I ordered a coffee making machine on line and I was kept up to date all along the process so I was never kept guessing what would be happening next. When I buy with John Lewis I buy with confidence.”

“I purchased a pair of suede shoes from John Lewis. The sales clerk was very helpful. The shoe size I required was not available in the box because on foot had been misplaced in another box. The lady spent quite some time searching for the other foot. It must have taken about 10 minutes. When she returned with the correct size she apologised for the mix-up and for the fact that she took so long searching through the shoe boxes for the right one. I was very pleased with her effort and her friendliness, and I told her so. She was very professional.”

“John Lewis has quality merchandise, a large assortment, super customer service, and a choice of express delivery. The dress I ordered for my daughter was lovely and arrived right on time. JL is one of my favorite online shops.”
