“We ordered a new mattress and after delivery found we had measured incorrectly, John Lewis were brilliant with arranging collection and supply the correct mattress with no hassle. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The delivery guys took care by putting socks over there shoes to protect our carpets. Thoughtful things like this speaks volumes to the level of commitment to customer satisfaction.”
