“Customer Service is amazing. I found the Indian (I think) lady on Children's wear so very helpful. She really went above and beyond my expectations. I love the quality of clothes and big range of clothes. I needed a Bar Mitvar pressie after weeks of looking without joy. Thankyou John Lewis finally found what I needed!!!!”

“Purchased a washing machine, and dishwasher on-line, great price. Included is a five year warranty on both machines once you register for it on-line. Delivery was good considering I live nearly three hundred miles from their depot. Arrived on day they told us, and at the time we were given. All in all a great company to deal with.”

“I made an on line purchase( Vera Wang trinket box). Buying was quick and simple. Delivery was fast too. I was kept informed via email about my purchase and updated with delivery details. I cannot fault the service in any way.”

“I love the John Lewis website as it is so easy to use. Very easy to order items and they arrived very quickly and it perfect condition. i was kept up to date at all times with the status of my delivery. In the past I have needed to return items and that is so easy too. JL is my go to shop for just about everything!”

“Products are nicely laid out so that I can browse with ease and select what I want. Paypal is accepted to make payments easy. Additionally, I can select the 'click and collect' delivery method to have my purchases delivered to the Waitrose near my home so it's very convenient. I have always been impressed with the selection and quality of their products, as well as their generous guarantees and excellent customer service. Thank you!”
